摘要: The invention relates to detachable connections for pieces, mainly rigid ones, and can be used, in particular, for connecting elements of building constructions, for example, transparent domes, equipment frame bodies, furniture and toy elements etc. In the joint for connecting pieces having a curved surface, which comprises projections arranged on mated sides of the pieces, said projections having bulbous widenings at their ends and necks at their bases, and complementary grooves in the form of bulbous cavities that correspond to the bulbous widenings of the projections and change into narrow channels that match the necks of the projections, and wherein the surfaces of the ends of the projections and the surfaces of the bottom of the grooves mated thereto have conical shape, and the tips of the surfaces of the ends of projections and the bottom of the cavities are arranged on opposite sides relative to the connected pieces, the side surfaces of the projections and the side surfaces of the grooves mated thereto are formed by moving a straight line along the guide path, which is the intersection line of the spherical surface with the cylindric surface formed by moving a straight line along an S-shaped guide path, and wherein the side surfaces of the projections and the side surfaces of the grooves are smoothly mated with the surfaces of the ends of projections and the surfaces of the bottom of the grooves, respectively. A joint for connecting pieces delimited by curved surfaces is created.

摘要: A modular storage system (240, 300) is described. A module (10) includes a back panel (12), a left and a right side panel (14a, 14b), and a top and a bottom panel (16). The side panels (14a, 14b,) have a substantially flat outer side and a ridged inner side comprised of alternating evenly spaced pins (18) and tails (20). Multiple modules (10) are connected to each other through various connector means (35, 37, 40) that slidably insert into the tails (20) of the side panels (14a, 14b). Various storage inserts (201, 209, 212, 219, 230, 252) are slidably insertable into the tails 20 of the side panels (14a, 14b). The configuration of the modules (10) and the inserts (201, 209, 212, 219, 230, 252) are customizable.

摘要: A shelving system includes a plurality of vertical posts and horizontal traverses. The horizontal traverses are coupled to the vertical posts by means of a bifurcated collar that are placed on each vertical post. Each horizontal traverse includes an end piece which is configured to couple to both halves of the bifurcated collar. Each half of the bifurcated collar comprises a wedge shaped design such that when a load is placed on the traverse, forces are applied to the bifurcated collar that squeezes each half of the collar together more tightly around the vertical post. The traverses may be coupled to one or both sides of the vertical post to allow the shelving system to be extended as far as the user desires in any lateral direction. The shelving system may also be extended in a perpendicular or other angular direction by means of a wedge shaped corner connector.

摘要: A table furniture mainly comprises a table plate, four leg units mounted at four end corners of the table plate, two couplers and a central beam. Each leg unit has a leg rod and a side bracket connected with the leg rod, an engaging portion being provided at its free end. The coupler has at least three insertion slots with shrunk openings among which two opposing insertion slots are for engagement with the engaging portions of both adjacent leg units. The central beam also has an engaging portion provided at each end for engagement with one insertion slot of the couplers adjacent to the two opposing insertion slots. In this manner, the structure can facilitate assembling and disassembling of the whole table.

摘要: A cabinets is provided. The cabinet includes a main panel defining a longitudinal axis and having a top edge. The cabinet also includes a plurality of vertical panels positioned in a laterally spaced relationship along the longitudinal axis of the main panel and in parallel planes each of the vertical panels being orthogonal to the main panel. The main panel and the vertical panels are coupled by hangers. The hangers each include an elongated body and a first end bracket at a first end of the elongated body. The first end bracket has a first hook that receives the top edge of the main panel. The vertical panels are also secured to either one of a top panel or a bottom panel so that either the top panel or the bottom panel holds the vertical panels against lateral movement relative to the main panel.
