摘要： The present invention is directed to a collapsible container which is movable from a collapsed position having a reduced volume for storage and transport and an expanded position having dimensional rigidity and securely holding the contents of the container. The collapsible container has a plurality of outer wall segments being movable from a collapsed position wherein the plurality of outer wall segments are stacked within each other such that the height of the collapsed container is similar to the height of the individual outer wall segments and an expanded position for use of the collapsible container. The outer wall segments are provided with releasable locking means whereby the outer wall segments may be locked one to another in the expanded position and being releasable to allow for the collapsible container to be moved to the collapsed position.

摘要： A novel cup is disclosed that may be collapsed and extended to hold cold or hot liquids safely. The cup preferably comprises a telescoping body comprising a plurality of rings of varying outer diameters, each ring having an outer wall and an inner wall forming an air gap therebetween, a leak-proof mechanism comprising an O-ring disposed about one or more rings, and a locking mechanism comprising an annular track disposed about one ring, and a pin disposed about another ring adapted to fit within the track and slideably engage it. The locking mechanism may further comprise a first magnet seated within the air gap of a first ring, and a second magnet seated within the air gap of a second ring, whereby the first and second magnets create a magnetic pull toward one another to help keep the cup in either a collapsed or extended position.

摘要： A collapsible drinking cup assembly having a plurality of annular ring segments each flexibly coupled together, end-to-end. An upper drinking lip segment of the ring segments includes an interior and exterior sidewall such that the drinking lip segment tapers inwardly from a lower base portion to an annular upper distal edge thereof. A support floor of the cup apparatus includes an annular bottom flange extending radially beyond an exterior wall of the bottom ring segment. Atop lid member extends over an opening into the cup apparatus, and includes a pair of opposed, inner and outer contact walls that collectively define an annular receiving groove therebetween. The cup apparatus can be expanded from a collapsed position to an expanded position when both the annular bottom flange and the lid member are radially gripped and axially pulled apart longitudinally thereof before separation of the lid member from the drinking lip segment.

摘要： A receptacle has at least one elastomeric sidewall with a contoured non-linear shape defining a container with a predetermined volume for housing a substance to be contained. The at least one sidewall includes a substance-contacting surface. The receptacle is fully reversibly eversible to transform between a first stable conformation with the substance-contacting surface facing inward and a second stable conformation with the substance-contacting surface facing outward allowing for facile cleaning and drying of the substance-contacting surface. The at least one elastomeric sidewall possesses sufficient structural strength to stand upright in the first and second stable conformations without extraneous support. The receptacle can include a cap and an attachment joint for securing the cap to the elastomeric receptacle.
