The tissue removing member is connected to the front end portion of the rod body, and includes a seat body and a removing section that is located at a front end of the seat body. The seat body has a groove wall that defines an accommodating groove. The removing section has a rough surface. The groove wall is adapted to widen the nail groove to allow the rough surface to remove the tissue.

摘要： A cuticle cutter of the like is described which is of the scissors type. Instruments of this type, especially in beauty salons, require constant cleaning, sharpening and sterilisation. The cutter of the invention facilitates such procedures by permitting the handles (2,21) to be separate from the blades (1, 1′). In the preferred embodiment the blades are snap fitted into the handles and the arrangement is such that on opening the cutters to a maximum surfaces on the handles enter into abutment with the blades in the region of the pivot (6) and further opening cams the blades away from the handles, releasing them without any necessity for manual contact. The blades can then be submitted to the above mentioned procedures and stored for further use.

The blade portion is formed by the inner wall of the tube and the external wall which is formed as to have a curved shape on the outside rim at the tip of the tube, the hollow bore allows access for application of liquid or gaseous additives or vacuum or other types or energy to be applied directly through the tube. Methods for using the foot care device are also disclosed.

摘要： A tissue nipper is provided to permit efficient trimming of tissue, such as cuticles. The nipper includes a base, arms projecting unitarily from the base and cutting blades at the ends of the arms remote from the base. Portions of the arms near the cutting blades are provided with oppositely directed projections that are slidably receivable in grooves of the opposing arm. The projections and grooves guide the cutting blades precisely into opposed edge-to-edge relationship for efficiently nipping tissue.

摘要： The invention provides a hot oil treatment for fingernails which involves a fingertip soak in a hot oil treatment bath for a period of three to five minutes. Then, the cuticle of the nail is pushed back. The oil treatment bath includes an emulsion formed in hot water from a blended mixture of vegetable and animal oils, emollients, proteins and vitamins. The invention also provides a novel packaging system which both shock-absorbingly cradles a bottle containing the oil treatment and provides a disposable soaking basin.

摘要： The application discloses an attachment for rotary manicuring units which provides a low-amplitude reciprocation of a cuticle-pushing member. A plurality of teeth or cam points are arranged about the axis of the unit in opposed rings which are biased away from each other by a resilient ring whose bias is overcome by a gentle pushing force of the tip of the pushing member against the cuticle to permit engagement of the opposing cam points and reciprocation of the pusher member. In the preferred form, the cam points are in the form of sharp teeth having a relatively gently sloping cam surface and a sharp drop for quick return of the opposed teeth into mutual engagement. The resilient ring preferably is in the form of a porous ring of synthetic material which is impregnated with a suitable lubricant for the cam points.
