摘要： The present invention provides a composition for inhibiting ice recrystallization, including: A nucleic acid structure comprising a scaffold nucleic acid folded at predetermined positions to form a plurality of strands, and a plurality of staple nucleic acids, wherein at least a portion thereof has a complementary sequence to at least a portion of the scaffold nucleic acid, thereby binding to the scaffold nucleic acid to form a double strand. Therefore, it is possible to increase a survival rate of cells due to having excellent effect of inhibiting ice recrystallization upon cryopreservation of the cells, and maintain a texture of food even when using the composition in the freezing of food.

摘要： A domestic refrigeration appliance has a separate storage area in an internal space into which foodstuffs, forming storage items, can be introduced. A liquid fluid can be introduced in the storage area independently of the internal space. For keeping the storage items fresh in the storage area a first operating mode and a storage mode, different therefrom, can be carried out. In the storage mode an aerosol mist generated by a misting device of the domestic refrigeration appliance is introduced as a fluid, and a misting rate of the aerosol mist during the storage mode is matched to a setpoint misting rate in dependence on at least one misting device-specific influencing parameter and/or a fluid-specific influencing parameter and/or a storage area-specific influencing parameter. There is also described a domestic refrigeration appliance.

摘要： A composition for cryopreservation of cells and tissues of human and other animals in a safe manner without using toxic substances such as DMSO, as well as for freeze preserving or freeze-drying of foods and pharmaceuticals. In embodiments, ε-poly-L-lysine is reacted with succinic anhydride so that 60% or more of amino groups are blocked; and, thus obtained polymer compound is added to Dulbecco-modified eagle MEM culture medium (DMEM) on market sale to form a cryopreservation liquid. In embodiments for foods or pharmaceuticals, the ε-poly-L-lysine derivative was added by 0.5-10 wt % to curb freeze concentration.
