摘要： An adjustable sifting assembly for sifting granular food material includes a sleeve that is tapered thereby facilitating the sleeve to receive a granular food material such that the granular food material is urged toward a center of the sleeve. A plurality of screens is provided and a respective one of the screens is positionable in the sleeve. Each of the screens has a plurality of openings that is integrated into the screens thereby facilitating the screen that is positioned in the sleeve to sift the granular food material. In this way the screen that is positioned in the sleeve can remove dust and debris from the granular food material. The openings in each of the screens has a unique size with respect to a respective one of the screens thereby facilitating each of the screens to sift granular food items of varying sizes.

摘要： A scoop device designed to allow the user to easily segregate urine clump or balls and feces, lift, discard, and wash the device for further use, is disclosed. The scoop device comprises a filter basket, a narrowed wall which includes raised ribs, a beveled scraper, and a handle. The filter basket and beveled scraper, are coated by a non-stick material. The filter basket is a spatula shaped end, positioned between the handle and the beveled scraper end in the scoop device. The filter basket is further extended towards to form the flat beveled scraper configuration in the scoop device. The filter basket and the beveled scraper comprises one or more openings that prevent the scoop device from capturing loose litter material. Further, the scraper of the scoop device is beveled and sharpened to allow loosening of the material such as urine clump or feces, inadvertently adhering to the sides of the litter box.

Embodiments include a scoop having a sieved top scoop portion, a solid bottom scoop portion, and a hollow tubular handle in fluid communication with the bottom scoop portion. The bottom scoop portion includes a floor having a back edge proximal to the back end of the scoop and in fluid communication with the handle, and a wall extending upward from the floor's side edges and leading edge. The top scoop portion has openings sized such that unused litter pellets cannot pass through the openings and used litter passes through the openings. The wall of the bottom scoop portion is shaped such that a leading edge and side edges of the top scoop portion are engageable with an upper edge of the wall such that the bottom scoop portion and the top scoop portion are spaced from each other.
