摘要： This invention provides an oblique submerged reverse deep rotary tilling device, which includes a stander, a mounted frame, a gearbox and an oblique blade roller. However, the oblique blade roller is mainly made up of configured rotary blades whose tips bend to the same direction. The angle between the rotary tilling blade roller and the traction speed is 55˜70° while the rotary blade tips are all toward the right side of the traction speed. Side force balance blades are installed to the left side of the oblique blade roller and used to balance the axial component force of the oblique blade roller. The working pattern of this invention is an oblique submerged reverse rotary tillage method. Therefore, there is no soil restriction on the top of the tilling soil clod. Meanwhile, due to cutting soil configured regularly, the right-side soil has been cut when the rotary tilling blades soil begins tilling. The soil is mainly destroyed by tension. Since rotary blades have axial component speed, tilled soil clods will be destroyed mainly by rightward pulling force applied by rotary blades, and the tilled soil clods are mainly thrown to cultivated land. Thus, the invention can reduce secondary tillage and energy consumption. In addition, the invention can avoid interference among gearbox, bearing seat and untilled soil, so the blade roller can easily sink into the ground to achieve deep tillage.

摘要： The invention discloses an extended type subsoiling smash-ridging machine, comprising a machine body, a smash-ridging device, a connection device, a ditching device, a flattening device and a straw returning device, wherein the smash-ridging device comprises a smash-ridging box comprising a bottom plate, side plates and a top plate, lower bearing seats are mounted in the bottom plate, rib plates are welded between the lower bearing seats, lubricating oil passages are formed between rib plates and the bottom plate, an upper bearing seats are mounted on the top plate and the length of each lower bearing seat is larger than that of each upper bearing seat. By adopting the structure, the invention improves the strength of the lower bearing seats and the rigidity and transmission stability of a transmission shaft; it also facilitates the welding of the rib plates and ensures that lubricating oil smoothly flows within the smash-ridging box.

摘要： Embodiments of a method and a system are provided to create a uniform layer of a substance such as a hydrogel or other fluid substance underneath the soil surface with minimal or little surface disturbance to the plants, the plant roots and the soil located on or slightly below the applied surface area. It is to be clearly understood that various different embodiments may be employed to deliver a variety of different substances to the soil, and such substances may be gels or liquids. The presently preferred fluid substance is currently a hydrogel, and the present illustrated and described embodiment may be employed to inject hydrogel into soil but other fluid substances may be injected as well.

摘要： A rotary tiller device for tilling around trees and other similar obstacles comprises a rotary tilling head with a plurality of tines extending slightly outwardly, downwardly and forwardly from a support which rotates around a vertical axis of the head. A central plate rests upon the ground and defines a tilling depth of the tines. A cover prevents the support from damaging the tree. A mounting system for mounting the unit on the belly of a yard tractor includes a pair of rails mounted in place of the removed belly mower and a hydraulic fluid reservoir tank which slides into position on the rails and defines a support for the tiller head. A linkage between the tank and the tiller head includes a six-bar lever system mounted upon a pivotal plate. The lever system is actuated by a hydraulic cylinder which drives the tiller head in a straight line outwardly and slightly forwardly of a line at right angles to the side of the tractor and in a plane which is generally horizontal and is defined by the plate member at the end of the tank. The straight line actuation of the lever system enables the tiller head to be readily manouevered around trees in a weeding action while the tractor continues in a constant direction.

摘要： A hand-held power driven cultivator incorporating a pair of ground working implements or tillers mounted on a pair of laterally spaced vertical shafts depending from a motor and drive train enclosing housing. The tillers are counter-rotated and include interdigitating tines which engage and move the earth forwardly. A barrier freely surrounds each tiller supporting and driving shaft, and completely encloses the shaft between the tiller and the overlying housing. A scraper blade is associated with each barrier and includes a scraping edge spaced slightly from the barrier so as to enhance the ability of the barrier to repel or prevent the accumulation of weeds, roots, debris, and the like. Support and manipulation of the housing is provided for by an elongated handle including an upper fixed hand grip and power switch, and a lower adjustable hand grip.
