Abstract:
An electric weeder includes a body and a working head. The body includes a drive mechanism. The drive mechanism includes a motor for driving the working head to rotate around a first axis. The drive mechanism has a first working mode in which the working head is screwed into a workplane and a second working mode in which the working head is unscrewed from the workplane. The direction of rotation of the working head in the first working mode is different from the direction of rotation of the working head in the second working mode. The output rotational speed of the working head is less than or equal to 400 RPM in the first working mode.
Abstract:
A combination garden tool includes an elongate shaft extending along a central longitudinal axis. The shaft has a first end and a second end. A spade extends along the central longitudinal axis. The spade is attached to the first end of the shaft. A multi-tine cultivator extends from the second end of the shaft, generally orthogonally to the central longitudinal axis. A sickle extends from the second end of the shaft, away from the cultivator.
Abstract:
A multipurpose planting hand tool includes a handle provided for a user to hold, and a hook member fixed into the handle by a root portion of a rod body and extended from the front of the handle to a distance and bent into an arc to form a hook-shaped hand tool portion. A flat deformation occurs at a position where the hook member is bent into the hand tool portion, and sawteeth are formed at an inner curved edge. Both sides of an outer curved edge are extended upwardly and focused into a small arc to form a blade-like portion, and its front is tapered to form a sharp tip. The sawteeth, the blade-like portion and the sharp tip are provided to facilitate the work of collecting and removing weeds and fallen leaves after the operations of loosening soil, weeding, sweeping leaves and removing weeds.
Abstract:
A hand held gardening tool has a drive with a reciprocating head to which a removable garden tool attachment formed of an elongate plate that can be a reciprocating saw blade formed into a J-shape, U-shape or O-shape has a non-straight and non-smooth ground engaging surface that preferably is a toothed or serrated elongate edge facing a user of the tool during ground engagement when pulled or dragged by the user toward the user during use. The drive reciprocates the attachment when the ground engaging surface engages the ground breaking up the ground cultivating the ground. A preferred tool is a reciprocating saw. The tool can include an extendable weeder guide extendable that is adjustable along a plurality of degrees of freedom. The weeder guide can have a foot that rides on the ground helping the user to more easily and steadily break up the ground with the reciprocating attachment.
Abstract:
A root dividing tool is disclosed, comprising a pair of tubular handles with a forked assembly attached to the end of said tubular handles. The forked end, in a closed position, is pushed into a root ball already removed from the soil. Moving the handles outward causes the forked end to separate and divide the root ball.
Abstract:
A multi-functional gardening implement that, in some embodiments, functions as a pair of shears, a spade, a garden cultivator, a saw, a machete, a weeder and a rake. The implement comprises two shears that cooperate to cut vegetation placed between them when a user presses the handles of the shears together. The implement also has at least one appendage, which may be a shovel, a hoe, a garden cultivator, or another garden tool that is attached to the central portions of the shears and can be rotated to an operating position where the appendage is supported by the blades of the shears. The implement may have a second appendage that rotates in the opposite direction to a similar operating position against the other sides of the blades. In some embodiments, the cutting portions of the shears may be configured to define a spade blade in the closed position.
Abstract:
A system and method for providing weed extraction so Industrial, Commercial and Home users (ICAHUs) can assure that unwanted weeds can be easily and effectively extracted. The system and method allows ICAHUs to work safely and efficiently and to extract weeds by using a hand-held device that can easily penetrate the ground around weeds, secure the unwanted weed, and aid the user in extracting the weed from the ground. ICAHUs can easily operate the levers of the device which operate jaws to secure to weeds. Specialized debris passages in the jaws of the device allow for debris to be passed through the jaws of the device which allow to for continued use and a greatly reduced need to clean the device during use. The method comprises a system in which unwanted weeds may be easily secured and extracted by the user without an increased risk of accidents or without unnecessary steps or procedures for cleaning.
Abstract:
A tool for removing unwanted plants from an area of soil is disclosed. A flexible two-edged blade bent back upon itself with both ends fastened to a common shaft. One edge acts as a knife to slice through soil and roots, moving parallel to the surface of the ground. The opposing blade edge has teeth to grasp, uproot and remove unwanted plants. The design facilitates the removal of unwanted plants or debris without touching said debris with the hands.

Abstract:
The present invention may be used for debris collection and vegetation removal. An interior shaft may be slidably disposed in an exterior tubular shaft. The interior shaft may protrude out of a lower end of the exterior tubular shaft and a prong assembly may have a plurality of prongs oriented in a subtending direction may be attached at a lower end of the interior shaft. A tubular housing may be attached at the lower end of the exterior tubular shaft in a position to receive the plurality of prongs when the interior shaft may be pulled upwardly relative to the exterior tubular shaft.
