摘要: The stacked core assembly apparatus, which can perform assembly at a high speed while keeping strength of an angle indexing apparatus, comprises a press machine 1, a non-synchronous transmitting apparatus 10 and an angle indexing apparatus 7. The non-synchronous transmitting apparatus 10 transforms a constant revolution of the press machine 1 into a variable revolution. The angle indexing apparatus 7 is connected to the non-synchronous transmitting apparatus 10 via a coupling device 20, and is connected to a rotatably stacking cavity device 51 of a press die 5. An accelerated rotational speed period of an output shaft 13 of the non-synchronous transmitting apparatus 10 is set during a Feeding-Phase period of time of the press machine 1, and thereby, a rotational state completion of a driving shaft 33 of the angle indexing apparatus 7 completes earlier than the Feeding-Phase period of time completion of the press machined 1 so that a non-rotating period of time can be provided.

摘要: An electronic jacquard mechanism for controlling shedding motion of warps by selectively holding dropper needles by means of solenoids in accordance with command signals generated from a computer. Movable cores of the solenoids are directly fixed on one end of the dropper needles. Housings of the solenoids, including stationary cores and coils, are secured directly on a printed board associated with the computer. The solenoids can be densely arranged on the printed board corresponding to the arrangement of the dropper needles, allowing greater compactness of the mechanism.

摘要: In order to eliminate noise generated from a clutch disk at racing state of a press, a clutch disk (29) arranged between a flywheel (27) and a working cylinder (40) is provided with a lining applying part (30) of annular shape and a projection (31) mounted on the flywheel (27). On inner circumferential surface of the projection (31), an inner groove part (311) is formed throughout the whole circumference from the inner circumferential edge to the outer circumferential edge in the circumferential direction, and on outer circumferential surface of the projection (31), an outer groove part (312) is formed throughout the whole circumference in the circumferential direction. Thereby the clutch disk (29) has flexibility in the axial direction, and if the lining applying part (30) is pushed by the working cylinder (40), the clutch disk (29) pushes a clutch rotary plate (34) by deflection of the projection (31) in the axial direction and rotates a crank shaft (25).

摘要: In a negative double lift dobby machine, a balance lever 8 is pivotally attached to a jack-lever, and driving members 16, 17 disposed respectively in front of upper and lower ends of the balance lever 8 reciprocate in opposite phases with each other. Driven hook levers 10, 11 are pivotally attached to the upper and lower ends of the balance lever 8, and driving hook levers 18, 19 opposite to the driven hook levers 10, 11 are pivotally attached to the driving members 16, 17. 摘要: Learning control is adopted in slide control of a press, and the actual behavior pattern of the slide is converged to the optimum pattern thereby breakage of a metal mold or the like can be prevented. The slide control device is provided with a linear motor or a servo motor driving the slide in reciprocation, a position detector detecting position of the slide, and a control circuit fixing and storing previously the command value of the optimum pattern of behavior of the slide, and calculating error between the real position data from the position detector and the fixed command value of the optimum pattern in a prescribed period of time from the drive start of the slide, and correcting the command value to be outputted in order to eliminate the error and outputting the command value after the correction and controlling the linear motor or the servo motor.
