    摘要: A caliper brake for braking a moving component, including a housing and two brake shoes, which are movable within the housing toward the component to be braked, and a bearing part, which is movable within the housing by an actuator. The brake shoes each have a wedge surface on a side facing away from the component to be braked, by which a braking force acting on the bearing part is transmitted to the brake shoes with deflection and force multiplication. For higher braking forces using a spring-actuated brake, and to reduce the effects of spring travel on the braking force, the bearing part has offset bearing locations against which the wedge surfaces of each brake shoe bear. The wedge surfaces each have, in the region of the bearing locations, a step which is overcome during a closing movement of the brake shoes before they engage the component to be braked.

    摘要: A free-wheel cage ring, having two annular flanged disks (1, 2; 11, 12) that extend essentially in the radial direction and that are connected to each other to form an axial intermediate space and that have, between themselves, a plurality of clamp bodies (4; 14) that are arranged so that they can pivot in the cage ring and that are biased in the coupling sense by at least one leg spring (6; 16; 26; 36), wherein the clamping bodies (4; 14) perform, under the effect of centrifugal force, a pivoting motion acting in the decoupling sense against the spring force, and at least two guide surfaces (5c, 5d; 15) are allocated to each clamping body (4, 14) in its axial extent, and these guide surfaces engage opposite end peripheral regions of the clamping body (4, 14), guide them at least in the peripheral direction of the flanged disks (1, 2; 11, 12), and have, at least on the radial inner side, a break through which the clamping bodies (4; 14) extend to a radially inner clamping surface. The axial length of the radially inner clamping surface of a clamping body is equal to the total length of the clamping body. It is essential that these guide surfaces (5c, 5d; 15) are each formed integrally by recesses on opposite end faces of the flanged disks (1, 2; 11, 12).

    摘要: A detent arrangement is disclosed for the coupling pin of an overload element, particularly in an overload clutch, wherein a coupling pin is in form-locking engagement with the oppositely disposed clutch half, with such engagement being released when there is an overload; at its rear end, the pin is provided with the detent arrangement. This detent arrangement surrounds the rear pin end with a spring arrangement which is partially supported at the housing that accommodates it and otherwise at a collar of the coupling pin, with one end of the spring arrangement being supported by means of a slide ring and a plurality of locking elements that extend toward a cone envelope face of the coupling pin and a contact face of the housing. In this connection it is provided that, in the direction toward the opposite clutch half, the spring arrangement is supported by a radial shoulder of the coupling pin and the rear end of the coupling pin is provided with a cone envelope face for the locking elements with this cone envelope face extending radially outwardly away from the other clutch half. The locking elements are supported by the contact face in such a way that, if the coupling pin escapes due to an overload, the locking elements can be displaced in the direction toward the pin axis.
