Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a pixel array, a plurality of column circuits, an amplifier, switch arrays of a first layer to an nth layer, and signal lines of the first layer to the nth layer. n is an integer of two or more. The switch array of an ith layer is disposed between the switch array of an (i+1)th layer and the amplifier. i is an integer of one or more and less than n. The signal line of the first layer is connected to the nth amplifier. The signal line of the nth layer is connected to the switch array of the nth layer. Each of the plurality of switches included in the switch array of the nth layer is connected to the column circuit.

Abstract: A control device includes a processor configured to: execute a sealing control mode in which electrical power to seal a living tissue by heating the living tissue at a first temperature is supplied, and an incision control mode in which electrical power to incise the living tissue by heating the living tissue at a second temperature higher than the first temperature is supplied; calculate elapsed time, as an index value, since it has reached the second temperature by executing the incision control mode; compare the index value and a threshold; determine a residual heat level of an end effector based on a result of comparison between the index value and the threshold; and perform, based on a determination result of the residual heat level, at least one of: notification of information indicating a warning from a notifying unit; and adjustment of electrical power supplied to the end effector.

Abstract: An endoscope processor comprises a processor. The processor causes a light source to generate, as illumination light, light in a first wavelength band in which hemoglobin absorption is smaller than that in a green band and light in a second wavelength band which is different from the first wavelength band. The processor causes an endoscope to image a return light so as to output an image signal. The processor acquires a first image obtained by the light in the first wavelength band from the image signal and detects unevenness information on mucosa from the first image. The processor acquires a second image obtained by the light in the second wavelength band from the image signal and synthesizes the unevenness information with the second image so as to generate a display image in which an uneven region in the second image is emphasized.

The control circuit controls a notification unit to activate an alarm, when the integrated amount of the gas reaches the first threshold.
