[Solution] A building material has a convex part formed on a surface thereof, the convex part including a first lateral surface part and a second lateral surface part corresponding to the first lateral surface part. The building material is formed from a mixture containing a hydraulic material, an admixture, and a plant-based reinforcing material, and the plant-based reinforcing material at least in the convex part is distributed in the mixture with the hydraulic material and the admixture attached to the plant-based reinforcing material. A distribution of the plant-based reinforcing material in the first lateral surface part and a distribution of the plant-based reinforcing material in the second lateral surface part are substantially the same. Desirably, the convex part includes a first edge part that is an edge part of the first lateral surface part and a second edge part that is an edge part of the second lateral surface part and that corresponds to the first edge part, and a distribution of holes formed in the first edge part and a distribution of holes formed in the second edge part are substantially the same.-

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide an inorganic board suitable for achieving high specific strength and high freeze-thaw resistance as well as weight reduction and a method for producing the inorganic board. An inorganic board X1 according to the present invention includes a cured layer 11 that includes an inorganic cured matrix, an organic reinforcement material dispersed therein, and a hollow body that is attached to the organic reinforcement material and is smaller than the maximum length of the organic reinforcement material. A method for producing an inorganic board according to the present invention includes a first step of preparing a first mixture through mixing of an organic reinforcement material and a hollow body smaller than the maximum length of the organic reinforcement material, a second step of preparing a second mixture through mixing of the first mixture, a hydraulic material, and a siliceous material, and a third step of forming a second mixture mat by depositing the second mixture.

摘要: An exterior insulation structure includes a first board member, first supporting members, a first thermal insulator, second supporting members disposed on the exterior side of the first supporting members, a second thermal insulator disposed on the exterior side of the first thermal insulator and between the second supporting members, securing members fixed to the exterior side of the second supporting members, and exterior wall members attached to the securing members. The adjacent exterior wall members are joined together without leaving a gap therebetween. Each securing member is long enough, in the second direction, to be fixable to at least two second supporting members and shorter, in the second direction, than each exterior wall member. A first gap is left between the securing members adjacent in the second direction. At least part of each second supporting member is made of a material having a thermal conductivity lower than that of steel.

摘要: A method for producing a building material includes a first step of applying an undercoat paint onto a surface of an inorganic base material, curing the undercoat paint, and polishing the undercoat paint; and a second step of applying an enamel paint onto the undercoat paint and curing the enamel paint. The undercoat paint contains an undercoat-forming material and a filler. The enamel paint contains an enamel-forming material and a pigment. The enamel-forming material is a solvent-based resin. A content of the filler in the undercoat paint is 40% to 70% by mass in terms of solid content. A content of the pigment in the enamel paint is 1% to 50% by mass in terms of solid content.

There also is provided a method for manufacturing a building board including the steps of applying an undercoat paint to surface of inorganic base material having a plurality of wood board patterns, applying an overcoat paint having lower pigment weight concentration than the undercoat paint and having different hue from the undercoat paint, scraping off a part of the applied overcoat paint before the overcoat paint cures, partially applying inkjet painting having different hue from the overcoat paint, and applying a clear paint.

摘要: An outer wall structure of the invention includes an outer wall mounting member composed of a supporting plate and a plurality of securing members. The supporting plate includes a plate body and a positioning portion. With this outer wall structure, the plate body is fixed to a horizontal furring strip member and a frame member in an upside portion and a downside portion of a sash body of a window sash at a second distance away from an outer surface of the sash body. The securing members are fixed to the plate body at a third distance away from the outer surface of the sash body. In this outer wall structure, the position at the second distance is farther away from the outer face than the position at a distance from the outer surface of the sash body to a distal end portion of a flange of the sash body.

摘要: A building board includes a base material, an insulating coating film for covering a surface of the base material, and a transparent clear coating film for covering the insulating coating film. The insulating coating film contains a coating film forming material, organic hollow particles, and a water-soluble solvent. The method for producing the building board includes a step of forming an insulating coating film in which an insulating paint is applied to a surface of the base material and then dried to form the insulating coating film, and a step of forming a clear coating film in which a clear paint is applied to a surface of the insulating coating film and then dried to form the clear coating film. The insulating paint contains a coating film forming material, organic hollow particles, and a water-soluble solvent.

摘要: A furring strip fastening member is formed by a furring strip receiving plate, a bolt hole portion, a spring portion, and a rear face plate. The furring strip receiving plate and the rear face plate are shaped as flat plates that face each other. The bolt hole portion is provided at a central portion of the furring strip receiving plate. The spring portion connects the furring strip receiving plate and the rear face plate. The rear face plate has in a central portion thereof a through-hole. In a construction structure for buildings, a bolt is mounted to an anchor that is driven into a skeleton wall of a building that is formed by a concrete wall and a heat insulating material disposed outside the latter. This bolt traverses a through-hole in the rear face plate, and the bolt is screwed into a bolt hole portion. The furring strip is connected to the furring strip fastening member, and an external wall material is fastened to the furring strip. With the furring strip fastening member, the furring strip receiving plate presses against the furring strip while the rear face plate presses against the heat insulating material, on account of the reaction of the spring portion.
