    摘要: The schedule memory unit 23 memorizes a time schedule set in advance for saving images. The avascularization unit 30 compresses the subject's brachial region to avascularize the brachial artery, releases the avascularization after a predetermined period of time, and simultaneously transmits a decompression start signal to the controller 17. The controller 17 stores an ultrasonic image in the image storage unit 22 at a point in time when a period of time specified by the time schedule has elapsed after the decompression start signal was received. The vascular diameter measuring unit 18 determines the vascular diameters based on the ultrasonic tomography images of a blood vessel at rest and after the release of the avascularization which are stored in the image storage unit 22. Based on those diameter values, the largest vascular diameter deducing unit 20 and the % FMD calculation unit 21 perform the deduction of the largest after-release vascular diameter and the calculation of the % FMD, respectively. Therefore, after the avascularization is started, it is possible to automatically perform the process from saving a measurement image to the calculation of the % FMD without the operator's aid. Accordingly, the operator's inconvenience in performing a % FMD can be significantly decreased.

    摘要: A device for transferring workpieces sequentially along groups of work stations, successive groups having different index spacing. One or more transfer bars extend through each group, the transfer bars of one group being reciprocated by a fluid motor with a fixed stroke. The motion is transmitted to the transfer bars of other groups in tandem with the first by mechanisms which compensate for the differences in index distance between the stations of successive groups. The transfer drive compensating mechanism between each group of stations comprises an arm pivoted at its inner end to a vertically slidable support and at its outer end to the transfer bar having the greater movement of the two successive bars. An intermediate portion of the arm is connected by links to the other set of transfer bars.

    摘要: A cradle of inverted U shape is suspended from a frame and rockable on vertical and horizontal axes. With the cradle locked to the frame an engine to be tested is placed within the cradle and rigidly locked thereto at an exact predetermined location. The crankshaft is rotated by drive means so constructed as to add minimum dynamic unbalance to the engine. The cradle is unlocked from the frame and the dynamic unbalance of the engine is measured by seismic transducers engaging the engine or directly attached to the cradle.
