    摘要: The present invention is related to an UV LED curing apparatus, and more particularly, to a portable UV LED curing apparatus with improved illumination and timer control to solidify a UV hardening gel, such as acrylic gel. The present invention provides an UV LED curing apparatus comprising a housing and an UV LED lighting assembly enclosed in the housing. The housing is provided with a light aperture allowing UV light shone from an UV LED light source on the UV LED lighting assembly and controlled by a timer and a current regulator integrated thereon. The UV LED lighting assembly is further provided with an optical element to direct and confine UV light shine toward the light aperture of the housing, capable of providing a focused illumination and preventing leakage of UV light outside of the housing. The UV LED light source is preferably of a short wavelength such as between 360 nm and 410 nm, and the current supplied from a power supply to the UV LED light source on the substrate is preferably controlled automatically by the timer and the current regulator integrated thereon to shine UV light toward the light aperture of the housing for a prescribed period of time preferably less than 30 seconds triggered by a switch electrically connected thereto.

    摘要: A UV liquid gel solidifying device includes a support member, a UV LED module, a top cover, and a base. The UV LED module is installed on the support member and emits light into a first chamber of the support member. The support member is disposed on the base, and the base has a third chamber defined there beneath. The top cover is assembled on the support member and has a slide cover slideably mounted thereto. When the slide cover moves toward a first direction, the first open end and the second open end are opened so that the user's fingernails can be put in the first chamber for treatment. When the slide cover is released to revert back to close the first open end and the second open end, the user's eyes can avoid from being directly exposed to the UV light. When the toenails are to be treated, the base can be conveniently disassembled from the support member, and the toenails to be treated are inserted into the first chamber for treatment.

    摘要: A photoionization sensor assembly includes a housing defining a chamber with a first end and an opposing second end and being permeable to the analyte gas and non-analyte gases. A radiation source is structured to emit photons into the chamber. A first, second and third electrode are positioned in the chamber. The photons ionize the analyte gas, are insufficient to ionize the non-analyte gases, and causing ejection of photoelectrons from the third electrode. A controller is structured to receive a measurement of a total pressure and electrically bias the electrodes to collect the photoelectrons on the first and second electrodes in a ratio dependent on the total pressure. The controller is structured to determine the ratio of photoelectrons that are collected on the first and second electrodes at the total pressure and determine an amount of electrical current due to ionization by correcting the measured current using the determined ratio.
