摘要: The present disclosure provides a method and system for controlling a four-wheel-independent-drive (4WID) electric vehicle (EV) which incorporates the method steps of: acquiring driving environmental information of the vehicle, running state information of the vehicle and driving expectation information of a driver; tracking a body attitude; switching a condition of the vehicle according to information of an upper module; calculating an expected longitudinal torque, an expected lateral torque and an expected yaw torque of the vehicle that meet a driver's expectation; optimally distributing the torques of the vehicle; and generating armature voltage signals required by output torques of motors and controlling the motors. The method divides the driving process of the vehicle into multiple independent driving conditions. The method does not globally implement operation and control in multiple driving conditions with a single control strategy, but coordinately switches the conditions according to multiple control modes and multiple control strategies.

A splitting apparatus is provided for assisting in splitting EVA, and isolating glass from the crystal silicon wafer, as well as isolating a back plate from the crystal silicon wafer, and therefore, the pressure generated on the crystal silicon wafer due to large strength of the glass and shrinkage of the back plate is prevented.

摘要: A cleaning device for crystalline silicon recycled from photovoltaic cells by wet purification includes at least two tanks, a vacuum pump and first cleaning mechanisms arranged between the tanks. The number of the first cleaning mechanisms is the same as that of the tanks. An upper end of the tank is provided with a cover plate, and a lower end of the tank is provided with a discharge port. The upper end of the tank is provided with a ventilation port. The first cleaning mechanism includes a drum. A lower end of the drum is connected with a lower hood, and an upper end of the drum is connected with an upper hood. A sealing surface is arranged respectively between the drum and the lower hood and between the drum and the upper hood. The device includes the tanks, the vacuum pump and the first cleaning mechanisms.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for synthesizing a β-cyano ketone compound, including steps of (1) adding a α-keto acid and sodium hydroxide to a separator-free electrolytic cell, adding acetonitrile thereto, and dissolving the α-keto acid and sodium hydroxide in acetonitrile by stirring to be uniform, to obtain a dissolution solution; (2) adding an alkene or a derivative thereof, cyanobenziodoxolone, and an electrolyte to the dissolution solution, to obtain a mixed solution; (3) subjecting the mixed solution to an electrochemical reaction by electrifying a cathode of a platinum sheet, and an anode of a graphite electrode to obtain a reacted solution; and (4) after the electrochemical reaction, collecting the reacted solution, adding water thereto and stirring to obtain a mixture, subjecting the mixture to an extraction to obtain an organic phase, drying the organic phase and purifying, to obtain the β-cyano ketone compound.

摘要: A follow-up swing head type large taper wire cutting device is disclosed. A horizontal partition is fixedly arranged inside the box, and the heating rod is located below the partition. The partition is provided with evenly distributed second through slots. An upper end of the partition is provided with evenly distributed shelf boards. The shelf boards are arranged vertically. One side of the shelf board is provided with a groove. The shelf board is further provided with a suction cup. An end surface at an opening of the suction cup is flush with an inner wall of the groove. The movable splitting sheets are arranged in the device. A lower end of the splitting sheet is provided with gas vents, and hot air is discharged through the gas vents. The temperature of the hot air is controlled at 220-240° C.

摘要: A method for preparing a silane coupling agent/silica/plant fiber composite includes the following steps: S1: pretreating plant fiber; S2: preparing hydrolysate of a silane coupling agent; S3: preparing a silane coupling agent/plant fiber composite; S4: preparing a silica nanoparticle dispersion; and S5: preparing a silane coupling agent/silica nanoparticle/plant fiber composite. Through the covalent interaction among a silanol group (Si—OH) formed by hydrolysis of the silane coupling agent, Si—OH of the silica, and a hydroxyl group (—OH) on the surface of the plant fiber, the present invention enables silica nanoparticles to be grafted on the surface of the plant fiber. Using a hydrophobic film formed by the silane coupling agent, harmful ions are prevented from invading, and the volume stability of the fiber is improved. Using the pozzolanic activity of the silica nanoparticles, the alkalinity and calcium hydroxide content around the fiber are reduced.
