    摘要: A transducer for measuring the characteristics of a clamping instrument includes a stator which has an annular support adapted to form a substantially cylindrical longitudinal cavity adapted to receive a rotor which is also substantially shaped cylindrical adapted to rotate inside this cavity of the stator around its longitudinal axis, this rotor being provided at one end with a seat for insertion into it of the head of an instrument of tightening which determines such rotation around the axis, and a sensor arranged on its body capable of detecting specific parameters of the tightening of the instrument, and generating corresponding electrical signals. The transducer includes a magnetic coupling device adapted to transfer electrical energy from the stator to the rotor and an optical coupling device adapted to transfer the electrical signals generated by said sensor means from the rotor to the stator.

    摘要: A method and a device for detecting the oil level in a hydraulic pulse unit at an impulse type power wrench, wherein the pulse unit comprises an oil filled pulse chamber, a motor driven inertia drive member, and a kinetic energy receiving member connected to an output shaft and intermittently coupled to the inertia drive member via an oil cushion to receive kinetic energy from the inertia drive member during repeated energy transfer phases. The rotation speed of the inertia drive member is measured both at the start of a pulse generating phase and at the end of that phase, wherein the two measured speeds are compared to each other, and when the speed at the end of the pulse generating phase exceeds the speed at the end of that phase by a certain percentage a faulty signal is emitted indicating a too low oil level in the pulse unit.

    摘要: A screw forwarding device for a screw feeder includes a base plate, a vibration mechanism including at least one spring and a vibration motor connected to the at least one spring, and a rail for receiving screws. The rail is connected to a first end of the at least one spring and the at least one spring is arranged at an oblique angle to the rail. The screw forwarding device further includes a fastening mechanism for rigidly connecting a second end of the at least one spring to the base plate, whereby a movement path of the vibration mechanism, during a use of the screw forwarding device, defines a plane of movement. The base plate is oriented substantially parallel to the plane of movement defined by the vibration mechanism.
