    Abstract: An optoelectronic device may include an arrangement having a plurality of emitter elements configured to sequentially emit light of different wavelength ranges. The arrangement may include a plurality of time-of-flight detector elements configured to detect the light emitted by the emitter elements and reflected at a sample and to carry out a measurement for determining the distance of the reflection point of the light at the sample from the respective time-of-flight detector element. The device further includes an evaluation unit configured to generate a three-dimensional image of the sample for each wavelength range emitted by the emitter elements on the basis of the light detected by the time-of-flight detector elements and the distance of the reflection point of the light from the respective time-of-flight detector element and to determine the distribution of a substance in the sample from the images.

    Abstract: A measurement method for characterization of a photodetector includes illumination of the photodetector with a variable electromagnetic radiation. The variable electromagnetic radiation has a temporally oscillating radiation intensity with fixed period and amplitude. The method also includes illumination of the photodetector with a first electromagnetic radiation having a temporally constant first radiation intensity and measurement of a first output signal at the photodetector. The method further includes illumination of the photodetector with a second electromagnetic radiation having a temporally constant second radiation intensity different from the first radiation intensity and measurement of a second output signal at the photodetector. The method additionally includes determination of a non-linearity of the photodetector by comparing the measurements of the first and second output signals.

    Abstract: A method for the time-differentiated detection of a spectrum of a test object comprises providing a first conversion dye, which is configured to convert light with a first spectral distribution in the visible range into light with a second spectral distribution in the infrared range. The first conversion dye is excited with a light pulse in the range of the first spectral distribution during a first time period, and a light fraction, reflected or transmitted by the test object, in the range of the first spectral distribution is registered during a first time interval. During a subsequent second time period, a fraction of converted light reflected or transmitted by the test object is registered. According to the invention, the first time interval is selected so that it lies substantially inside a luminescence lifetime for the first conversion dye in the first time period.
