    摘要: An electrical connector includes an insulative housing (1), a plurality of terminals (2) retained in the insulative housing, a shell (3) and a pair of strengthened members (4). The insulative housing comprises a base portion (10) and a terminal supporting portion (12) extending forwardly from the base portion. Each terminal has a contact portion (20) extending along the terminal supporting portion. The shell is attached to the insulative housing and has a mating frame (31) surrounding the contact portions and the terminal supporting portion to define a mating cavity therebetween. Strengthened members are buried at opposite ends of the terminal supporting portion.

    摘要: A pressure-sensitive cover installer includes a base, a fixing body defining a recessed portion for receiving a main body, a support portion, an air cylinder movably connected to the support portion, a positioning fixture defining a number of through holes therein, and for receiving a number of covers, a controller, a motor for controlling movement of the air cylinder, a pressure sensing member fixed below the air cylinder, and a display. The air cylinder is forced by the motor to drive the pressure sensing member to press the covers onto the main body; the main body resists the pressure sensing member to generate a pressure of a resistance. The pressure sensing member senses the pressure of the resistance to generate a pressure signal to the controller. The controller analyzes the pressure signal to generate a pressure value to be displayed on the display.

    摘要: The present invention relates to mammalian antibodies, designated 12B1 and antigen-binding portions thereof that specifically bind to insulin-like growth factor I receptor (IGF-IR), preferably human IGF-IR.     摘要: The present disclosure provides an in vitro cell based potency assay to determine the relative potency of a composition, including a pharmaceutical composition, comprising an mRNA encapsulated in a lipid nanoparticle (LNP) as compared to a reference sample. Also provided is a process for releasing or accepting a batch of a pharmaceutical composition comprising an mRNA encapsulated in an LNP using the in vitro cell based potency assay. The methods and processes described comprise (i) transfecting a population of cells with a test sample of the composition, (ii) transfecting a different population of cells with a reference sample of the pharmaceutical composition, wherein the cells in step (ii) are the same cell type as the cells in step (i); (iii) detecting the amount of expression of a polypeptide encoded by the mRNA in the transfected cells; and comparing the amount of expression, thereby determining the relative in vitro potency of the composition.
