摘要: In wireless communication, a device may change, add, or handover between cells of network access for inter-cell mobility. This may include Layer 1 and/or Layer 2 (L1/L2) signaling for a user equipment (UE) moving between cells in a network. The signaling can reduce the mobility interruption time and improve robustness of a handover. The movement may be triggered by the network or the UE. A Layer 1 and/or Layer 3 (L1/L3) measurement is used for the inter-cell mobility. The mobility may be coordinated based on interactions between a centralized unit (CU) and a distributed unit (DU). The procedures can reduce interruption time and improve reliability.

摘要: This disclosure relates to methods and devices for managing transmission or retransmission on shared spectrum channel in a wireless communication network. In one implementation, the method may include determining if an uplink grant is deprioritized by a uplink shared channel transmission on a shared spectrum channel. The method may further include determining if a media access control (MAC) data packet has been generated for the deprioritized uplink grant. The method may further include, in response to the uplink grant being deprioritized and the MAC data packet being generated for the deprioritized uplink grant, performing a retransmission of the MAC data packet with an available uplink grant.

The processor of the user equipment may then perform a procedure of activating or switching to the one or more TCI states of a TCI state set associated with the first PCI for UL and DL transmission in one serving cell.

In one example aspect, a wireless communication method includes receiving, by a first device, parameters configured to carry out beam failure detection and beam failure recovery for secondary cells associated with the first device, determining, by the first device, whether a beam failure event has occurred on at least one of the secondary cells based on at least one of the parameters, performing, upon a determination that the beam failure event has occurred, a beam failure recovery procedure for the secondary cell with the beam failure event, and terminating the beam failure recovery procedure upon an occurrence of a termination event.
