Abstract: The present disclosure describes methods, system, and devices for configuring supporting a layer 1 or layer 2 signaling (L1/L2) based inter-cell mobility. One method includes supporting, by a first network node, a mobility triggering for a user equipment (UE) from the first network node to a second network node by: sending, by the first network node, a first message for the UE to a third network node, the first message comprising mobility information indicating a list of to-be-switched candidate cells for the UE. Another method includes supporting, by a third network node, a mobility triggering for a UE from a first network node to a second network node by: receiving, by the third network node, a first message for the UE from the first network node, the first message comprising mobility information indicating a list of to-be-switched candidate cells for the UE.

Abstract: This document generally relates to wireless communication that includes a first communication node that adds a time value to a history information of a user device in response to a dwelling time exceeding 4,095 seconds or exceeding a predetermined upper time value that the user device stays in a cell, where the time value accurately indicates the dwelling time. The first communication node may transmit the history information including the time value to a second communication node. Also, at least one communication node may add time values to at least one history information, where the time values indicate dwelling times that a user device is in cells. At least one of the time values is for a dwelling time that exceeds 4,095 seconds or a predetermined upper time value and accurately indicates the dwelling time. The at least one communication node may correlate the at least one history information.

Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to a method, device, and system for congestion control in a wireless network. One method performed by a first network element is disclosed. The method may include receiving, from a second network element, a configuration information of a wireless device, the wireless device being in a Radio Resource Control (RRC) inactive state; and in response to that there is data for the wireless device pending to be transmitted to the wireless device, transmitting, to the second network element, based on the configuration information, one of following: the data for the wireless device; or a paging request for paging the wireless device.

Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems that enable lossless Multicast and Broadcast Service (MBS) data transmissions in handovers between network nodes that may or may not support MBS are disclosed. In one example aspect, a wireless communication method includes requesting, upon determining by a first access node to perform a handover procedure for handing over a wireless device to a second access node, a switch of an ongoing multicast and broadcast services (MBS) session of the wireless device from a shared channel to a unicast tunnel with a core network. The method also includes initiating, after the switching, the handover procedure from the first access node to the second access node.

Abstract: Presented are systems and methods for dynamically changing multicast service delivery between multicast and unicast with service continuity. A wireless communication device may receive multicast radio resource configuration information from a network. The wireless communication device may configure, according to the multicast radio resource configuration information, an air interface protocol stack of the wireless communication device. The wireless communication device may receive data of a multicast service according to the multicast radio resource configuration information.

Abstract: A system and method for communication between a wireless communication device, a wireless communication node, and a core network are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, the system and method are configured to receive, by the core network, communication configuration information associated with a wireless communication device. The core network can refrain from transmitting to a wireless communication node a downlink packet size associated with the wireless communication device, when a downlink data packet size is greater than a downlink transmission capability of the wireless communication device. The core network can transmit to the wireless communication node, the downlink packet size in a paging message, when the downlink data packet size is less than or equal to the downlink transmission capability of the wireless communication device.

Abstract: The present application provides a session processing method and apparatus, a network device and a storage medium. The session processing method includes: receiving, by a distributed node, a session processing request message from a central node, the session processing request message including information of a partial session to be processed in the distributed node, and the central node being connected to multiple distributed nodes; and processing the partial session with a UE by the distributed node receiving the session processing request message according to the information of the partial session to be processed. According to the embodiments of the present application, partial sessions in distributed nodes can be processed by means of a central node, so as to perform centralized control on sessions in the distributed nodes, and thus facilitate improvement in the flexibility of multiple connectivity operations.
