Abstract:
A connector is provided to facilitate the connection work of a connection terminal and to enhance the connection reliability. A connector includes an attachment part that includes a terminal stand; a connector main body that includes a connection terminal connected to a cable, the connection terminal being fastened and fixed to the terminal stand in a state in which the connector main body is mounted to the attachment part; a cable shield shell that covers an introduction part for the cable in the connector main body; and a connection part shield shell that covers a fastening area between the connection terminal and the terminal stand so as to accommodate the cable shield shell inside the connection part shield shell.
Abstract:
A cable branch structure (1) branches, from a main line (30A) to branch lines (30B, 30C), a shielded cable (30) with electric wires (10) covered with a braided wire (20). The braided wire (20) includes: a main line side braided wire (20A) constituting a part corresponding to the main line (30A); and branch line side braided wires (20B, 20C), respectively, constituting parts corresponding to the respective branch lines (30B, 30C). The braided wire (20) includes at least one of a first mounting portion (100; 110) provided at an end portion of the main line side braided wire (20A) for mounting end portions of the branch line side braided wires (20B, 20C) and second mounting portions (100; 120, 130) provided at each of the end portions of the branch line side braided wires (20B, 20C) for mounting the end portion of the main line side braided wire (20A).
Abstract:
A connector terminal comprises: an electrical conductive portion connected with an electrical conductive member; and a connection portion integrally provided with the electrical conductive portion, the connection portion including: a pair of flat plate portions opposed to one another to form an insertion portion into which a corresponding terminal is inserted; a support portion provided in middle portions of the paired flat plate portions, the support portion restricting the paired flat plate portions from moving in directions in which they separate from one another when the corresponding terminal is inserted into the insertion portion, and a plurality of contact portions provided around the support portion in the paired flat plate portions the contact portions elastically contacting with the corresponding terminal to be electrically connected thereto.
Abstract:
A terminal connection structure for an electric wire, the electric wire including an internal conductor which is covered with a first insulating cover (21) and an external conductor which is provided coaxially with the internal conductor to surround an outer circumference of the first insulating cover and covered with a second insulating cover, the terminal connection structure including: a first terminal which is connected to a part where the internal conductor is exposed; a second terminal which is connected to a part where the external conductor is exposed; and an insulating portion which is interposed between the first insulating cover and the second terminal.
Abstract:
As a connector structure of the invention, there is provided a connector structure in which a pair of connectors are assembled to an opening (11) which penetrates a floor panel (1) in a passenger compartment from both sides of the floor panel (1) and terminal portions which are provided individually in the connectors which are fitted together are electrically connected.
Abstract:
A female terminal includes a terminal connection portion for a male terminal to be inserted and an electric wire connection portion connecting with an electric wire to be electrically connected to the male terminal. The terminal connection portion includes a male terminal entrance for the male terminal to be inserted and a male terminal exit for a tip of the male terminal passing through the male terminal entrance to be inserted. At least one of the male terminal entrance or the male terminal exit includes a support portion configured to contact with the male terminal to support the male terminal.
Abstract:
A terminal contact point structure includes: an insertion portion for a conduction portion of a counterpart terminal to be inserted; and contact portions disposed at the insertion portion and configured to contact the conduction portion of the counterpart terminal. The contact portions are disposed in a plurality of rows in a direction perpendicular to an insertion direction of the conduction portion of the counterpart terminal to form a contact group. The contact portions in the contact group are positioned displaced to each other backward-forward in the insertion direction to contact, at different timings respectively, the conduction portion of the counterpart terminal being inserted.
Abstract:
A male connector has a moving plate which is movable between an initial position and a retreat position, and an initial position locking part which immovably locks the moving plate with respect to a male housing in the initial position. A female connector has a locking releasing part which, when a female housing is inserted into an opening of the male housing, engages with the initial position locking part to release the locking of the moving plate with respect to the male housing. The moving plate is moved from the initial position to the retreat position by insertion of the female housing inside the male housing in a state that the locking by the initial position locking part has been released by the locking releasing part.
