Abstract:
This invention describes a container that is easily collapsible and expandable mechanically according to the dimensions of the assets to be contained in it. Boxing a small asset into a large container proves very storage inefficient. It also contains an electromechanically controlled locker to prevent unauthorized access to the contained assets.
Abstract:
Typically, in supply-chain management systems, loading and unloading operations into and out of trailers are performed via forklifts, ramps, and elevating platforms. According to the current invention, cranes are designed in a particular way to be embeddable within trailers. Advantages comprises faster and automated loading and unloading operations, asset identification and localization for better bookkeeping and asset management and operational efficiency, and displacement and reordering of assets within mobile containers to prepare for rapid unloading
Abstract:
This invention describes an expandable and collapsible accordion warehouse that is mountable onto the frame of any existing entrance door. This novel design enables man-free pick-up from and delivery into customer sites. Embedded electromechanical authentication and locker mechanism provide ultimate security and prevent unauthorized intrusion. The inner door limits access to be only within warehouse area, upon authentication.
Abstract:
According to the current invention, the new pet feeding system provides a controlled food release to aid individual weight management of a pet. This is what sets the proposed feeder apart from its competitors. The pet feeder includes an automatic computerized weight and food release mechanism. Individual pet information such as current weight, aimed for weight, and pet information is entered via pin pad instructions, the feeder calculates exact amount of food. At each feeding the pet steps on a weight scale which automatically updates pet's weight information and recalculates food output. Another aspect of the invention is the automatic storage and update of the pet's data and weight loss progress. Through a wireless device, the pet's information of weight, feeding times and food amount, food type, and daily caloric intake is saved onto a portable electronic storage device.
Abstract:
This invention describes a dynamic hub system in which a transportation hub is dynamically formed by tractors that carry special design trailers. The location coordinates of the hub are conveyed a-priori to individual tractors that are going to participate in hub formation. Once the subject tractors arrive at the hub coordinates, they park and align themselves according to a pre-specified orientation and order. This information is transmitted to each truck from the control center via a wireless communication system such as GPRS. The novel electro-mechanic design of trailers allows trucks to form a portable hub, when get together. Dynamic hub system spares carriers from high cost of fixed hubs, and increases operational efficiency by lowering asset consolidation and redistribution times.
