Abstract: This invention provides methods for amplifying, detecting, measuring, and identifying miRNAs from biological samples, particularly limited amounts of a biological sample. miRNAs that are differentially expressed in tumor samples and normal tissues are useful as cancer biomarkers for cancer diagnostics.
