摘要： A modified impedance rapid start fluorescent lamp system is provided with interrupted cathode heating. This structure includes a circuit in parallel with one of the bimetal switches at each side of a cathode. The circuit includes a current limiting capacitor and bleeder resistor connected in parallel with each other and a third normally closed thermal bimetal switch.
