Abstract:
An apparatus for determining and/or monitoring a physical or chemical process variable of a medium, having a sensor unit, which produces a measurement signal with a piece of process variable-dependent, basic information, and having an evaluation unit which, from the measurement signal of the sensor unit, determines a measured value for the process variable, and which produces an output signal with information concerning whether the measured value is greater or smaller than a limit value. A first and second modulation range are provided, and the evaluation unit modulates the output signal within the first or second modulation range with the basic information of the measurement signal, with the evaluation unit modulating the output signal within the first modulation range when the process variable is smaller than the limit value, and with the evaluation unit modulating the output signal within the second modulation range when the process variable is greater than the limit value.
Abstract:

Abstract:
A field device for monitoring and/or determining a process variable of a medium, wherein the process variable preferably is fill level, viscosity or density of the medium. The field device includes: an oscillatable unit; a driving/receiving unit, which excites the oscillatable unit to oscillate, or which receives the oscillations of the oscillatable unit, as the case may be; and a control/evaluation unit, which controls the oscillations of the oscillatable unit, or which evaluates the oscillations of the oscillatable unit. control/evaluation unit produces an accretion alarm, when the oscillation frequency (f) of the oscillations of the oscillatable unit falls below an adjustable limit value (G; GMinimum; GMaximum). The limit value (G; GMinimum; GMaximum) is determinable and/or calculable at least from measured and/or calculated dependencies of the oscillation frequency on process conditions and/or on the process variable to be monitored and/or determined.

Abstract:
A plant (100) for the layered construction of a molded body comprises a coating device (400) and a coating device cleaner (600). The coating device is movable horizontally across a construction field for applying a uniform layer of construction material to be solidified to the construction field and has an elongate metering shaft (410), at the lower side of which a longitudinal slot (412) is provided for outputting the construction material as the metering shaft (410) moves across the construction field. The coating device cleaner (600) is mounted on a construction frame (150) of the plant and serves for cleaning the metering shaft (410). The coating device cleaner (600) comprises an elongate wiper element (610) that is received under the metering shaft (410) of the coating device (400) at least in part in a construction material collection container (620).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a synchronizer hub (1) comprising a hub body (4) that, on the outer circumference (5) thereof, has a sleeve toothing (6) for engagement of a sliding sleeve (6a), said sleeve toothing being interrupted by at least one first axial recess (7) and by at least one second axial recess (8), wherein the first axial recess (7) has first lateral faces (14, 15) and the second axial recess (8) has second lateral faces (17, 18), and wherein the first lateral faces (14, 15) are inclined to the axial direction at a first angle (20). The second lateral faces (17, 18) of the second axial recess (8) run at a second angle (21) to the axial direction, wherein the second angle (21) is not equal to the first angle (20) of the first lateral faces (14, 15).

Abstract:
A power assist element for arrangement in a synchronizer hub of a transmission synchronization device includes a base body, which has a height, a longitudinal extension and a lateral extension, and which in the direction of the longitudinal extension comprises includes two opposite, distal end sections. In at least one end section a functional surface is formed, which in the installed state cooperates with the synchronizer hub. On the base body between the two distal end sections a central elevation is formed for engagement in a sliding sleeve groove on a bottom of a sliding sleeve. The central elevation includes at least one additional functional surface which can be brought into active connection with the sliding sleeve. The functional surface in the distal end section(s) is at an acute angle to the greatest longitudinal extension of the base body and oriented at an angle to the longitudinal extension.
