    Abstract: Techniques for network usage analysis and forecasting are disclosed. In one embodiment, a computerized method is disclosed comprising obtaining network access data identifying network access of a plurality of users, obtaining user data for the plurality of users, analyzing the obtained network access data, the analyzing comprising determining a network usage pattern for each user, determining a plurality of feature sets corresponding to the plurality of users, a feature set determined for a respective user comprising network usage features and user features determined using the user data obtained for the respective user, determining a number of clusters formed using the plurality of feature sets, each cluster grouping a number of users, of the plurality of users, having similar feature sets, and communicating information about at least one cluster in response to a network analysis request.

    Abstract: A device may capture property data identifying units associated with a multi-unit building, and may import an image of a floor plan associated with the multi-unit building. The device may provide the property data to a network device associated with a network that provides network coverage to the multi-unit building, and may receive, from the network device, network coverage data for the multi-unit building. The device may combine the image of the floor plan and the network coverage data to generate an image identifying the floor plan and the network coverage for the multi-unit building, and may capture signal reception data identifying a strength of signal from the network for one or more units of the multi-unit building. The device may perform one or more actions based on the signal reception data and the image identifying the floor plan and the network coverage.

    Abstract: One or more computing devices, systems, and/or methods for generating floor layouts associated with buildings and/or determining locations of units are provided. In an example, a machine learning model may be trained using a plurality of sets of building information associated with a plurality of buildings to generate a trained machine learning model. A building profile associated with a building may be generated. The building profile may be indicative of geographical boundaries associated with the building and/or one or more locations associated with one or more units in the building. A unit number configuration associated with the building may be determined, using the trained machine learning model, based upon the building profile. A floor layout associated with the building may be generated based upon the unit number configuration. The floor layout may be indicative of a first arrangement of first units in the building and/or first unit numbers associated with the first units.

    Abstract: A service qualification platform may receive, from a user device, a service request to qualify a unit of a multi-unit building to receive a service. The service qualification platform may obtain a service coverage mapping associated with the multi-unit building and may provide, to the user device and via a user interface that is associated with a geographic information system, a unit location request for an indication of a location of the unit within the multi-unit building. The service qualification platform may receive unit location information that is associated with the indication and may determine a service qualification metric based on the service coverage mapping and the unit location information, wherein the service qualification metric is associated with a capability of receiving the service within the unit. The service qualification platform may perform an action associated with the service qualification metric.
