    Abstract: This application discloses a method and apparatus for determining a physical random access channel (PRACH) transmission resource, and a terminal. The method for determining the physical random access channel transmission resource of embodiments of this application includes: performing, by a terminal, a target operation of a PRACH transmission resource based on a target configuration, where the target configuration includes at least one of: a configuration of a duplex mode and a configuration of a flexible time division duplex TDD mode; and the target operation includes at least one of: determining the validity of the PRACH transmission resource; determining whether to transmit on the PRACH transmission resource; and determining the PRACH transmission resource.
