Abstract: The present invention composition relates to compositions and combination therapies for use in the prevention, management, amelioration or treatment of a cancer or RASopathy disorders in which targeted therapy is used, the composition comprising two enzyme inhibitors targeting two different conformations of an enzyme, or enzymes in the same functional family, implicated in the cancer or RASopathy disorders. The present invention also relates to methods for identifying enzyme inhibitors which may be suitable for use in treatments.
