摘要: A shoe sole of the present invention includes a first member 10 including a first deformable portion 11, and a second member 20 including a second deformable portion 21. In a non-worn state, a first lower surface 10d of the first deformable portion 11 and a second upper surface 20u of the second deformable portion 21 are substantially spaced apart from each other in a vertical direction. Under a first load, the first deformable portion 11 deflects downward, whereby the first lower surface 10d can approach the second upper surface 20u until the first lower surface 10d contacts the second upper surface 20u. Under a second load, the deformable portions 11 and 21 both deflect downward with the engagement elements 12 and 22 of the deformable portions 11 and 21 engaging with each other.

摘要: A manufacturing method for a semiconductor device including a drift layer; a body layer contacting a front surface of the drift layer; an emitter layer provided on a portion of a front surface of the body layer and exposed on the front surface of the substrate; a buffer layer contacting a back surface of the drift layer; a collector layer contacting a back surface of the buffer layer and exposed on a back surface of the substrate; and a gate electrode facing, via an insulator, the body layer in an area where the body layer separates the emitter layer from the drift layer, includes preparing a wafer that includes a first layer, and a second layer layered on a back surface of the first layer and having a higher polycrystalline silicon concentration than the first layer, and forming the buffer layer by implanting and diffusing ions in the second layer.

摘要: A low rigidity region being more stretchable and bendable than a high rigidity region, includes a main portion, and a medial first flexible portion and a lateral first flexible portion extending from the main portion in the medial and lateral directions. The main portion covers a portion of the area from the shaft of the first proximal phalanx to the shaft of the second proximal phalanx, the medial first flexible portion covers a portion of the area from the shaft of the first proximal phalanx to the head of the first metatarsal bone, and the lateral first flexible portion extends to the lateral side of the foot from the main portion. When pushing off the foot onto the medial/lateral side in a diagonally forward direction, the upper bends along the diagonal bend lines. Therefore, the diagonal portions and the main portion serve as the bend lines.

摘要: A shoe having a sole, an upper including a first opening and a second opening, and shoelace means, the upper including: a first side edge portion having a plurality of first eyelets; a second side edge portion arranged between the plurality of first eyelets and having one or more second eyelets which the shoelace means engages with; a movable portion for allowing the second eyelet to move with respect to the first eyelets both in a transverse direction across the second opening and a diagonal front-back direction that is perpendicular to the transverse direction and is extending along the instep; and a main portion covering a medial side surface, a lateral side surface, a toe, the instep and a back surface of a foot, the main portion including the first side edge portion and excluding the second side edge portion and the movable portion; the second eyelet is relatively displaced via the movable portion with respect to the main portion both in the transverse direction and the diagonal front-back direction in response to a change in a direction of a resultant force between a first tensile force and a second tensile force acting upon the second side edge portion from a V-shaped portion of the shoelace means engaging with the second eyelet while transitioning from a flat-footed position to a heel-raised position.

摘要: An athletic shoe suitable for efficient running. A depression is formed in the rear foot portion which extends forward from the calcaneal bone and which does not contact the ground. A band-like area is provided in the middle foot portion extending in the front-rear direction in the central portion between the medial side and the lateral side of the shoe sole so as to be continuous with the depression. The reinforcement member and the midsole are provided in the middle foot portion so that the upper surface of the midsole less easily sinks downward due to a load from above on the medial side than in the band-like area and on the lateral side. In the front foot portion, a longitudinal groove is formed which extends in the front-rear direction in the central portion of the midsole body so as to be continuous with the band-like area. The longitudinal groove is curved so as to be generally parallel to the lateral edge of the front foot portion of sole.
