Abstract: A method and apparatus for adjusting the ring size of a ring is disclosed. In some embodiments, the ring includes a frame having at least one groove, and at least one size adjustment insert having at least one tongue configured to be removably engaged with the at least one groove. In some embodiments, the at least one size adjustment insert is inserted into the frame.
