    摘要: Disclosed is an absorbent article comprising a topsheet, a backsheet, an absorbent core disposed between the topsheet and the backsheet, and an outer cover layer for covering the garment-facing side of the backsheet. The absorbent article has a Thickness Under Compression of from about 2.7 mm to about 4.0 mm. The outer cover layer is formed by a muti-fiber layer nonwoven having a basis weight from about 16gsm to about 35gsm and comprising a garment facing layer and a wearer facing layer. The garment facing layer comprises fibers having a diameter of about 11 µm or less, or from about 7 µm to about 11 µm, and the wearer facing layer comprises fibers having a diameter of about 13 µm or more, or from about 13 µm to about 24 µm. A weight ratio of the garment facing layer is from about 20% to about 70% of the multi-fiber layer nonwoven.

The topsheet comprises a plurality of recesses and raised areas, and voids are defined in the raised areas under the topsheet. A first aperture is formed in a substantially central location of the raised areas. The recesses each form a base positioned most distal from the substantially central locations of the raised areas. A second aperture is formed in the bases of the recesses. The first aperture extends through the topsheet, and the second aperture extends through the topsheet and at least partially through the second material.

    摘要: A nonwoven web for an absorbent article is provided. The absorbent article comprises the nonwoven web as a core wrap. A method for producing the absorbent article is also provided. The nonwoven web comprises a first nonwoven layer comprising filament fibers, a second nonwoven layer comprising filaments fibers, a third nonwoven layer comprising staple fibers disposed between the first and second nonwoven layers. A total basis weight of the first and second nonwoven layers is not less than about 10 gsm. The third nonwoven layer has a basis weight no greater than about 4 gsm. The nonwoven web comprises pores, wherein greater than about 80% of the pores have a pore size equal to or smaller than about 40 μm, and wherein less than about 10% of the pores have a pore size equal to or greater than about 45 μm.
