Abstract: An enclosure for heating a three dimensional structure. The enclosure comprising a body defining a cavity therein. The cavity sized to receive a three dimensional structure. A plurality of heating blankets configured to heat the three dimensional structure to a substantially uniform temperature. At least one of the plurality of heating blankets comprises a conductor for receiving current and generating a magnetic field in response thereto, a first susceptor wire comprising an alloy having a first Curie temperature point and a second susceptor wire. The second susceptor wire comprising a second Curie temperature point that is different than the first Curie temperature point of the first susceptor wire.

Abstract: Multilayer riblet applique and methods of producing the same are described herein. One disclosed example method includes applying a first high elongation polymer material to a web tool, where the web tool is to be provided from a first roll, and heating, via a first heating process, the first high elongation polymer material. The disclosed example method also includes applying a second high elongation polymer material to the first high elongation polymer material, and heating, via a second heating process, the second high elongation polymer material. The disclosed example method also includes applying, via a laminating roller, a support layer to the second high elongation polymer material.

Abstract: A susceptor wire array. The array includes a first susceptor wire comprising an alloy having a first Curie temperature point and a second susceptor wire comprising an alloy having a second Curie temperature point, the second Curie temperature point is different than the first Curie temperature point of the first susceptor wire. In one susceptor wire arrangement, the second Curie temperature point of the second susceptor wire is lower than the first Curie temperature point of the first susceptor wire. In another susceptor wire arrangement, the array further comprises a third susceptor wire, the third susceptor wire comprising an alloy having a third Curie temperature point. The third Curie temperature point of the third susceptor wire may be different than the first Curie temperature point of the first susceptor wire.

Abstract: There is provided a laminated hybrid metallized polymer film for erosion protection of a composite structure. The laminated hybrid metallized polymer film includes a metal foil layer, a laminating adhesive layer underlying the metal foil layer, and a polymer film layer underlying the laminating adhesive layer. The polymer film layer is laminated to the metal foil layer with the laminating adhesive layer coupled between the metal foil layer and the polymer film layer. The laminated hybrid metallized polymer film further includes an adhesive layer underlying the polymer film layer. The adhesive layer adheres the polymer film layer to a substrate surface of the composite structure. The metal foil layer, the laminating adhesive layer, the polymer film layer, and the adhesive layer form the laminated hybrid metallized polymer film for application over and to the substrate surface of the composite structure.
