    摘要: In one embodiment, a method performed by a network node for cell selection to access a network slice on a different frequency than a wireless device, WD, is currently served by is provided. The method includes receiving a service request from the WD, the WD being connected to a first cell, the first cell servicing a first network slice which operates in a first frequency, the requested service to be performed over a second network slice which operates in a second frequency; obtaining policy information relating to the first and the second network slices; determining which one of the first cell and a second cell to perform the requested service based at least in part on the obtained policy information; and providing a session for the WD to receive the requested service over the determined one of the first cell and the second cell.

An exemplary method provides for receiving a network slice identifier identifying a network slice and corresponding network slice bit rate information (NS-BRI) for the identified network slice. The NS-BRI comprises i) first maximum bit rate information (MBRI) specifying a first maximum bit rate for the network slice and the user equipment, and/or ii) first guaranteed bit rate information (GBRI) specifying a first aggregate guaranteed bit rate for the network slice and the user equipment.

    摘要: Embodiments herein relate to a method performed by a distributed unit of a network node, for establishing a connection between the distributed unit and a central unit connected to a core part of the wireless network. The network node includes the central unit and at least the distributed unit. The distributed unit performs a Domain Name Server lookup for a proxy central unit, which will act as a temporary or initial central unit with regard to a configuration transfer procedure. The distributed unit further receives an ip address of the proxy central unit and initiates the configuration transfer procedure by sending a configuration transfer message to the ip address of the proxy central unit. The distributed unit further receives an ip address of the central unit and establishes a connection between the distributed unit and the central unit using the received ip address of the central unit.

The method includes receiving, from a target AMF, a request for information regarding the wireless communication device. The method also includes submitting, in reply to the request for information, a current user equipment (UE) context of the wireless communication device and an identifier of an ongoing non 3rd Generation Partnership Project (non-3GPP) access Protocol Data Unit (PDU) session for the wireless communication device. The method further includes notifying a Non-3GPP Interworking Function (N3IWF) to remove the current UE context, wherein the N3IWF is configured to enable the wireless communication device to attach to the core network over non-3GPP access.
