摘要: A method performed by a system (120) for determining a position of a device (140) connected to a communication network (100) is disclosed. The method comprises obtaining a geographical area for the device based on a first position-estimation service, obtaining information on luminosity on the device over a time period, and determining a second position estimation for the device (140) based on the geographical area and on the information on luminosity, by comparing the information on luminosity over the time period to a 3D model of the geographical area, the 3D model comprising models of 3D objects of the geographical area and a model of sunlight shining onto the models of the 3D objects over the time period. Disclosed is further a corresponding system and a position-determining method performed by a communication device.

摘要: A wireless device and a method for providing an improved cell reselection procedure. The wireless device is served in a serving cell. At a first point in time, the wireless device determines a first signal quality of a first signal received from the serving cell. At a second point in time, it determines a second signal quality of a second signal received from a neighbour cell. Based on the determined first and second signal qualities, the wireless device determines a first trigger condition for performing measurements for cell reselection. At a third point in time, the wireless device determines a third signal quality of a third signal received from the serving cell. When a difference between the third and first signal qualities has passed the trigger condition, the wireless device performs at least one measurement for cell reselection on at least one of the cells.

摘要: Method by a first node of controlling power of a second node. The first node determines whether a measurement report, MR, has been received from a third node. The MR comprises a first type of information, related to a channel between the third and second nodes during a time period. When the MR has been received, the first node determines a power for the second node based on a first type and a second type of calculation. The first type is based on the received MR. The second type is based on a second type of information related to the channel during a shorter time period. When the MR has not been received, the first node determines the power based on the second type of calculation. The first node configures the second node to use the determined power.

摘要: A network node comprised in a wireless communication network is for managing allocation of uplink resources regarding remaining data blocks of an uplink transmission performed by a device. The network node sends, to the device, first allocation information that identifies uplink resources that have been allocated to the device for uplink transmission of said remaining data blocks. The remaining data blocks being associated with the allocated uplink resources, respectively. The network node also sends, to the device, and the device receives, a second allocation information that identifies one or more of said allocated uplink resources identified by the first allocation information, wherein said second allocation information further identifies one or more of said remaining data blocks as data blocks to be excluded by the device.
