    Abstract: A method, system and apparatus are disclosed for handling Quality-of-Service (QoS) updating during handover (HO). In one embodiment, a network node is configured to during a handover, HO, procedure associated with a wireless device, WD, receive a path switch request acknowledgement message comprising at least one first Quality-of-Service, QoS, parameter value associated with the WD; and as a result of the received path switch request acknowledgement message comprising the at least one first QoS parameter value, use at least one second QoS parameter value associated with the WD and send a notification, the notification indicating at least one of: that the at least one first QoS parameter value is not fulfilled, that a QoS parameter updating is not supported by the network node and that the QoS parameter updating failed.

    Abstract: A method for interference coordination comprises receiving, from a first network node, a reference signal indicating that one or more second network nodes are experiencing interference. The reference signal indicates at least one identifier for the first network node and for the second network nodes. The method further comprises preparing a remote interference management (RIM) coordination message based on the reference signal, and sending, to the first network node, the RIM coordination message to be forwarded to the second network nodes. The method provides a communication between a central aggressor network node and a central victim network node to exchange reference signal and RIM coordination information. Furthermore, the central victim network node may pass the RIM coordination message to a group of victim network nodes indicated in the RIM coordination message.

    Abstract: Embodiments include methods performed by a source node for handover of a user equipment (UE) from a source cell served by the source node in a wireless network. Such methods include transmitting, in the source cell according to a reference time delivery configuration, one or more messages that include respective reference times in relation to corresponding source cell transmission events. Such methods also include transmitting, to a target node in the wireless network, the reference time delivery configuration in relation to a request to handover the UE from the source cell to a target cell served by the target node. Other embodiments include complementary methods performed by the target node, as well as network nodes configured to perform such methods.

    Abstract: A method of operating a network node to provide dual connectivity in a new radio telecommunications system. The method allocates two tunnel endpoint identifiers (TEIDs). The method sends the allocated TEIDs to at least one other network node for transporting a Protocol Data Unit (PDU) session that can be split. The method receives two TEIDs for a master node and a secondary node (SN). A related method of operating a master node provides dual connectivity. The method sends a SN addition request message to a SN. The method sends a SN add/modify completion indication to the SN that informs the SN that the operations to add/modify are complete.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus for reporting a Downlink Data Delivery Status (DDDS) are disclosed herein. An example method includes a network node generating a DDDS frame including an indicator that a highest transmitted Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP) Packet Data Unit (PDU) sequence number is present in the DDDS frame, an indicator that a highest successfully delivered PDCP PDU sequence number delivered is present in the DDDS frame, a desired buffer size for a data bearer, the highest transmitted PDCP PDU sequence number, and the highest successfully delivered PDCP PDU sequence number. The network node provides the DDDS frame to a second network node.
