摘要: Embodiments include methods performed by a V2X application enabler (VAE) client of a V2X User Equipment (UE) arranged for communication with a VAE server. Such methods include sending, to the VAE server, a registration or de-registration request to register or de-register for receiving intelligent transport system (ITS) messages. The registration or de-registration request includes an identifier of the V2X UE and an identifier of a first type of ITS messages from the VAE server, for which the V2X UE wishes to register or de-register for receiving. Such methods include receiving, from the VAE server a response indicating acknowledgement of the registration or de-registration request. Other embodiments include complementary methods performed by VAE servers, as well as UEs and application servers configured to perform such methods.

摘要: A system, method, and Head-Mounted Display (HMD) apparatus for recording a video and playing back the video to a viewer in a Virtual Reality (VR) environment. A geographical area is recorded with an omnidirectional video recording camera by dividing the geographical area into a plurality of area portions and recording in separate video sections, each of the area portions while moving the camera in different directions. Time points in each video section are associated with virtual locations of the viewer. At a time point providing the viewer with a choice of directions to proceed, the system receives the viewer's choice and presents to the viewer, a video section corresponding to the virtual location of the viewer and the desired direction of movement. The viewer's choice may be indicated by detecting a direction of the viewer's field of view or by receiving from the viewer, a response to a banner notification.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to synchronizing the rendering of video frames included in media file segments with the rendering of auxiliary media. A method implementation of this technique comprises the step of determining, from a sequence of media file segments, a sub-sequence of media file segments, wherein rendering of the sub-sequence is to be overlaid by rendering of auxiliary media starting in a first media file segment of the sub-sequence. The method further comprises determining control information enabling a media client to determine how much rendering of the auxiliary media has progressed upon rendering of each media file segment of the sub-sequence, and initiating a tagging of the media file segments of the sub-sequence with the control information.
