    摘要: In a torque converter automatic transmission comprising a torque converter, a speed change gear having friction engaging means, and a hydraulic actuation circuit to supply pressure oil to the friction engaging means, an actuating oil pressure control system comprising a vehicle speed detecting circuit for generating an electrical signal corresponding to the vehicle speed, a load detecting circuit for generating an electrical signal corresponding to the vehicle loading, an operational circuit adapted to receive as the inputs thereto and operate on the output signals from said two detecting circuits in accordance with an equation so as to generate an output voltage, a sawtooth voltage having a constant period, a comparator circuit for comparing the output sawtooth voltage of the sawtooth wave generating circuit with the output voltage of the operational circuit to generate a rectangular voltage having a time width corresponding to said equation, and means for varying the actuating oil pressure of the oil under pressure supplied to the friction engaging means according to the output rectangular voltage of the comparator circuit, whereby said actuating oil pressure is controlled in accordance with variations in the time width of the output rectangular voltage of the comparator circuit.

    摘要: A device for step controlling the hydraulic pressure of working oil for an automatic transmission having a torque-converter comprising means for generating a signal representative of a slip ratio between speeds of a turbine and pump of the torqueconverter, first valve means actuated by said signal so as to be opened or closed thereby varying the working oil pressure and second valve means actuated by the oil discharged from said first valve means for setting a predetermined pressure in response to said ratio depending upon whether it is higher or lower than at least two predetermined points, thereby reducing in a stepwise manner the pressure of working oil acting upon friction engaging means of the torque-converter when said ratio is increased whereby the working oil pressure can be suitably controlled in response to a desired torque transmission by the torqueconverter.

    摘要: An oil pressure control system is provided in relation to an automatic transmission for vehicles composed of a hydraulic torque converter pump, a hydraulic torque converter turbine, a gear transmission unit incorporating gears and frictionally engaging means, and an oil pressure operating circuit for controlling the engagement and disengagement of the aforesaid frictionally engaging means, said circuit incorporating a constant pressure valve for maintaining the operation oil pressure in such circuit at a predetermined value, an electronically controlled actuator, and an actuating valve for changing the predetermined value of the constant pressure valve by energizing or de-energizing the actuator. A computer circuit is provided for controlling the activation of said actuator through the medium of delivery thereto of, respectively, a signal in accordance with the number of revolutions of the output shaft of the gear transmission and a signal in accordance with the number of revolutions of the hydraulic torque converter turbine shaft.
