    Abstract: Provided is an electrode sheet manufacturing apparatus that forms an electrode sheet by cutting a sheet stack including an electrode composite material layer and a separator provided on the electrode composite material layer. The electrode sheet manufacturing apparatus includes a laser irradiation device that irradiates the sheet stack with a first laser beam having a wavelength to be absorbed by the separator and a second laser beam having a wavelength to be absorbed by the electrode composite material layer, and a controller that controls driving of the laser irradiation device. The controller moves an irradiation position of the first laser beam relative to the sheet stack and moves an irradiation position of the second laser beam so as to follow a track of the irradiation position of the first laser beam.

    Abstract: Each of a first rotary blade and a second rotary blade includes a rough surface portion and a smooth surface portion. The rough surface portion has a predetermined width from a blade edge at its circumferential edge portion and has an arithmetical mean roughness of greater than 0.5. The smooth surface portion is provided radially inward of the rough surface portion and has an arithmetical mean roughness less than the arithmetical mean roughness of the rough surface portion.

    Abstract: The operation management system manages an operation of a line composed of a plurality of cooperating work subjects. The operation management system performs: setting, for each work subject, an intensity that decreases at a speed corresponding to a work speed, recovers by a recovery action, and is given a lower limit value; receiving a target handling plan for the line; creating an operation plan including at least the working speed and a timing of the recovery action by using a simulation model obtained by modeling the line so that the target handling plan is achieved while maintaining the intensity of each work subject at the lower limit value or more; and allowing the intensity of each work subject to temporarily decrease to less than the lower limit value in creation of the operation plan in response to the target handling plan exceeding a predetermined reference value.

    Abstract: A work line includes: a first work carried out by a first target worker; and a second work carried out by a second target worker on a resultant product of the first work. A first model motion is a model motion when the first target worker passes the resultant product of the first work to the second target worker. A second model motion is a model motion when the second target worker receives the resultant product of the first work from the first target worker. When the first target worker carries out the first work in a virtual space, a simulation system draws a first model worker performing the first model motion in the virtual space. When the second target worker carries out the second work in the virtual space, the simulation system draws a second model worker performing the second model motion in the virtual space.
