摘要: An object is to propose a fluid handling device for liquid hydrogen that prevents evaporation of liquid hydrogen, and moreover affords excellent heat insulation without liquefying oxygen in the vicinity. In a fluid handling device for liquid hydrogen, piping sections (1) have a heat insulation structure, a swivel joint section (2) is configured with helium gas sealed into a boundary relative-rotation section (6) between an outer ring section (3) and an inner ring section (4) with a bearing section (5) interposed, and moreover, between an outside-air-contacting wall section (7) that is in contact with the outside air and a liquid-hydrogen-contacting wall section (8) that is in contact with liquid hydrogen, a vacuum section (9) extends in the axial direction and moreover a heat-conducting extended path section (10) is provided with one end connected to the outside-air-contacting wall section (7) and the other end connected to the liquid-hydrogen-contacting wall section (8), extending the heat conduction distance between the outside-air-contacting wall section (7) and the liquid-hydrogen-contacting wall section (8), and reducing heat conductivity between the outside-air-contacting wall section (7) and the liquid-hydrogen-contacting wall section (8).

摘要: An object is to provide an emergency detachment device of a fluid handling device, the emergency detachment device having exceptional heat insulation performance and making it possible to handle extremely-low-temperature fluids such as liquid hydrogen. A first coupler 2 and a second coupler 3 are provided with a vacuum section 10 between an inner pipe section 5 and an outer pipe section 6, and are provided with two valves 1 in series. A remaining-fluid-transferring mechanism is provided such that, after second valves 1B provided further inward enter a closed-valve state during emergency detachment, residual fluid that remains closer to the first valves 1A than the second valves 1B is transferred into the inner pipes sections 5 provided further inward of the second valves 1B. Once emergency detachment is in a completed state, heat insulation sections 9 are formed in the space between the first valve 1A and the second valve 1B in each of the first coupler 2 and the second coupler 3, and heat insulation performance is improved by the heat insulation sections 9 and the vacuum sections 10.

摘要: A liquefied hydrogen loading arm configured to transport liquefied hydrogen includes: a support frame structure including a base riser erected on a ground, an inboard boom, an outboard boom, and a counterweight; a flexible vacuum insulation double tube including a flexible metal inner tube, a flexible metal outer tube fitted on the inner tube, and a vacuum layer, the vacuum insulation double tube being disposed in an upward curved shape in a space below the support frame structure; a vacuum insulation double connecting tube connected to a distal end portion of the vacuum insulation double tube and connected to a distal end portion of the outboard boom; and a midway portion support mechanism configured to support a lengthwise midway portion of the vacuum insulation double tube on the support frame structure through a hard curved member curved upward in a convex shape.

摘要: An emergency release system includes a first shut-off valve unit which is land-based; and a second shut-off valve unit which is provided for a marine vessel and separably connected to the first shut-off valve unit, and the first shut-off valve unit is provided with a reservoir container which receives liquid air generated in the first shut-off valve unit and dropped, in a state in which the second shut-off valve unit is separated from the first shut-off valve unit, and the system includes a container support mechanism which is capable of retaining the reservoir container at a retracted position in a state in which the first and second shut-off valve units are connected to each other, the container support mechanism being configured to automatically shift the reservoir container to a reserving position, in a state in which the first and second shut-off valve units are separated from each other.
