摘要： Provided herein are pre-protein signal peptides that direct secretion of expressed payload proteins in Bacillus bacteria and methods of their use in therapeutic and agriculture settings. The disclosed pre-protein signal peptides may be used with any payload protein to increase secretion thereof and therefore increase yield of the payload protein.
