    Abstract: This application relates to a photoresist removal method, including: acquiring a target wafer, a photoresist being provided on a surface of the target wafer, a surface of a photoresist layer of the photoresist being plated with a metal overhead layer; immersing the target wafer in a first organic solvent at a first temperature in a water bath for a first duration; rinsing the target wafer with a new first organic solvent in response to an end of the first duration; performing, in the first organic solvent, ultrasonic cleaning on the rinsed target wafer for a second duration based on a target ultrasonic power; removing the residual first organic solvent on the surface of the target wafer in response to an end of the second duration; and drying the target wafer with the solvent removed by simultaneous centrifugal drying and gas purging to obtain the target wafer with the photoresist removed.

    Abstract: This application discloses a link decision-making method, applied to a link decision-making system including first and second user equipment that are in a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) call status, a transit server, and a decision-making computing device. A first link directly connecting the two user equipment and a second link that transits by using the transit server exist between the two user equipment. The decision-making computing device is responsible for making, according to a link quality score of a current sending link between the first and second user equipment, a decision about using the first link or the second link as a subsequent sending link of the first user equipment. According to the link decision-making method provided in this application, it can be ensured that a better link can be selected to transmit a data stream of VoIP, thereby improving the quality of service (QoS) of the VoIP.

    Abstract: A method for processing a frequency control signal includes providing a square wave pulse to a target qubit, and controlling, after a first time elapses from an end time of the square wave pulse, the target qubit to rotate around a Y axis by a first target distance. The first time has a value that is variable. The method includes performing, after a second time elapses from the first time, a QST measurement on the target qubit and reconstructing a density matrix of the target qubit based on the QST measurement to obtain a phase parameter value of the target qubit associated with the value of the first time. Further, the method includes varying the first time and repeating the QST measurement in response to values of the first time to obtain phase parameter values associated with the values of the first time; and adjusting the frequency control signal accordingly.
