Abstract: This application discloses a method for establishing a call connection, a first terminal, a server, and a storage medium. The method includes: obtaining, by a first terminal, a second vocoder list of a second terminal, the second vocoder list including vocoders supported by the second terminal and with corresponding priorities; determining, by the first terminal, a first vocoder with the highest priority among vocoders that exist in both a first vocoder list of the first terminal and the second vocoder list, the first vocoder list including vocoders supported by the first terminal and with corresponding priorities, and the priorities of the vocoders being positively correlated with audio frequencies in encoding and decoding of the vocoders; and requesting, by the first terminal by using the first vocoder, to establish a first call connection to the second terminal.

Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a terminal device for displaying an application message are provided. The method includes: extracting a logic controller that controls application message sending and receiving from an application; determining the extracted logic controller as a common controller object of the application and a desktop; creating a desktop instance object corresponding to the common controller object; and loading and displaying a set user interface component on the desktop by using the desktop instance object, and when the application has a new application message, displaying the new application message in the set user interface component by pulling the new application message by the logic controller. Embodiments of the present invention enable a user to view a new application message on the desktop more conveniently, and reduce power consumption of the terminal device.

Abstract: The desktop data of a first mobile terminal may be acquired. Then, a local folder is created for a terminal application according to a desktop layout file in the desktop data, and an identifier is set. A mapping relationship between identifiers of new and original folders is established. Then, an installation package of the terminal application is traversed to determine whether the terminal application is installed locally. If yes, a local folder to which the terminal application belongs is determined according to the mapping relationship, installation information of the terminal application is placed in the determined local folder, and an icon of the terminal application is displayed at a corresponding location on a local desktop according to location information of the terminal application.
