摘要: To reduce the number of ADCs in a solid-state image sensor that converts an analog pixel signal into a digital signal. An effective pixel generates an analog signal according to an amount of received light as an effective pixel signal using a power supply from a power supply line. A correction signal generation unit generates an analog signal including a noise component generated in the power supply line as a correction signal. A selection unit sequentially selects and outputs the effective pixel signal and the correction signal. An analog-digital converter performs processing of converting the output effective pixel signal into a digital signal and outputting the digital signal as effective pixel data and processing of converting the output correction signal into a digital signal and outputting the digital signal into correction data. A signal processing unit corrects the effective pixel data on the basis of the correction data.

An electronic device includes a display unit that has a display region in which display elements are arranged in an array in a first direction and a second direction different from the first direction, and an image sensor that is disposed on a side opposite to a display surface of the display unit so as to overlap the display region in a third direction different from be first direction and the second direction, and includes a plurality of pixels. The display unit transmits incident light, and the plurality of pixels outputs an event signal in a case where a change in luminance of light incident via the display unit is larger than a predetermined threshold.-

摘要: A solid-state imaging device adapted to encrypt data is described. The solid-state imaging device may include a sensor die comprising an array of imaging pixels formed on a first side of the sensor die and first wiring layers formed on a second side of the sensor die, wherein at least one of the imaging pixels is configured to generate specific signals; a logic die comprising second wiring layers formed on a first side of the logic die; and an encryption processor on the logic die configured to generate encrypted data using the specific signals. The first side of the logic die may be mounted adjacent to the second side of the sensor die and the first wiring layers electrically connect to the second wiring layers, wherein the at least one of the imaging pixels, the encryption processor, and a connecting conductor in which the specific signals pass through from the at least one of the imaging pixels to the encryption processor are located interior to the solid-state imaging device.

摘要: An image sensor includes a pixel array including multiple pixels. A lens is provided on an optical path of incident light to the image sensor. An actuator includes a coil, and supports positioning of the lens according to a driving signal applied to the coil. A position detection coil is arranged such that it magnetically couples with the coil of the actuator. An actuator driver supplies a pulse-shaped driving signal to the coil of the actuator driver. A position detection circuit generates a position detection signal that indicates the position of the lens based on an induced electromotive force that occurs in the position detection coil according to the driving signal, and feeds back the position detection signal to the actuator driver.
