摘要: A method for monitoring a medical intervention taking place in an operating room or examination room, or a medical examination on a patient by medical personnel includes acquiring sensor data from at least one acoustic sensor, of at least one individual among the medical personnel during the medical intervention or the medical examination. The sensor data is evaluated as regards recognition of stress and/or negative emotions of the at least one individual. When stress and/or negative emotions are recognized, at least one cause of the stress and/or of the negative emotions is determined using the sensor data and/or further optical, acoustic, haptic, digital, and/or other data acquired during the medical intervention or the medical examination. Measures are triggered to remediate the determined cause and/or to reduce the stress and/or the negative emotions of the at least one individual.

摘要: A method for planning a remote-controlled navigation of medical objects in a hollow organ of a patient. The navigation is performable by robot or in a robot-supported manner using a robot system, and is visually monitored by an imaging system. The method includes supplying data for a planned navigation procedure of an object through a hollow organ with at least one navigation step, evaluating, by an evaluation system, the supplied data in terms of a performability level of the navigation procedure. The evaluation is carried out based on a comparison with empirical data and/or based on a theoretical model, and/or using a learning-based algorithm. The method includes outputting an evaluation result to an output unit.

摘要: Rapid and precise recording of a VOI is provided while monitoring a robot-assisted movement of a medical object through a hollow organ of a patient. For actuating an x-ray device that has a recording system, a user input for the recording of a recording region is accepted. A previously recorded three-dimensional volume image of at least part of the body, in particular of the hollow organ is provided. A length of travel covered by the object from measurement data and/or control data of the robotic system is ascertained. The current position of the object is ascertained on the basis of the three-dimensional volume image making use of the ascertained length of travel covered and a starting position of the object. The recording system of the imaging device is moved for isocentering and/or superimposing the recording region about the current position of the object. An image of the recording region is recorded.

摘要: A method for automatically monitoring a robot-assisted movement of a medical object through a hollow organ of a medical object of a patient performed by a robotic system is provided. The method includes tracking movement of the medical object using a medical imaging device such that the medical object and/or the hollow organ is at least partially arranged in a recording region that is mappable by the imaging device. The tracking is effected by a relative movement between the recording system of the imaging device and the patient. An image of the recording region is recorded during the tracking. In each case, a further image is recorded at regular intervals. The current image in each case and/or sensor data from a sensor assigned to the robotic system or the object is evaluated to determine whether a situation relevant to decision-making and/or safety with respect to the robotic system is present.

In the case of affirmation, the medical device is provided with an alternative control signal, and in the case of negation, the medical device is provided with the control signal.

The method includes: providing an image or input data from which the image is acquired; specifying a respective ideal image impression class for the image and/or for at least one image segment of the image specified directly or by specifying at least one segment type, wherein a connection between the image data in the image and/or in the respective image segment and an assigned image impression class is specified by a classification algorithm; and modifying the image or the input data by a modification algorithm, in order to adapt the image impression class that has been assigned to the resulting modified image data pertaining to the image or pertaining to the respective image segment to match the respective ideal image impression class, wherein at least one modification parameter of the modification algorithm is or becomes specified as a function of the classification algorithm.
