The cleaning blade member formed of a castable polyurethane member produced through hardening and molding a polyurethane composition containing at least a polyol, a polyisocyanate, and a diamino compound, wherein the diamino compound has a melting point of 80° C. or lower, the polyisocyanate is a blend of 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) and 3,3-dimethylphenyl-4,4-diisocyanate (TODI), and the ratio of TODI in the entirety of polyisocyanate is 30 to 100% by weight.
