    摘要: A method for receiving a radio resource control (RRC) message by a user equipment (UE) is described. The method includes receiving an RRC connection reconfiguration message including secondary cell group (SCG) configuration parameters for SCG addition. In response to receiving the RRC connection reconfiguration message including SCG configuration parameters for SCG addition, the method also includes ordering, by an RRC of the UE, a medium access control (MAC) of the SCG of the UE to initiate a random access procedure.

    摘要: A User Equipment (UE) is described. The UE decodes an uplink/downlink (UL/DL) reconfiguration downlink control information (DCI) with an enhanced interference mitigation with traffic adaptation (eIMTA)-radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) on a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH). The UE also determines if one or more valid UL/DL configurations in the UL/DL reconfiguration DCI with eIMTA-RNTI for all configured eIMTA cells are received. The UE further determines if physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) format 3 is configured. The UE additionally determines a PUCCH resource for physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement/negative acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) reporting based on whether valid UL/DL configurations in the UL/DL reconfiguration DCI with eIMTA-RNTI for all of the configured eIMTA cells corresponding to a subframe for the PUCCH resource are received. The UE also sends PDSCH HARQ-ACK information on the selected PUCCH resource in an uplink subframe.

    摘要: A User Equipment (UE) for sending Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) information is described. The UE includes a processor and instructions stored in memory that is in electronic communication with the processor. The UE determines a primary cell (PCell) configuration. The UE also determines a secondary cell (SCell) configuration. The UE further determines whether the PCell configuration specifies uplink (UL) and the SCell configuration specifies downlink (DL) for a subframe or whether the PCell configuration specifies DL and the SCell configuration specifies DL for the subframe. The UE additionally determines a HARQ Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) reporting subframe based on the PCell configuration if the PCell configuration specifies DL and the SCell configuration specifies DL for the subframe. The UE also sends SCell Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) HARQ-ACK information in the HARQ-ACK reporting subframe.

The UE also determines if a total scheduled transmission power of the cell groups exceeds a maximum allowed transmission power of the UE. The UE further determines a priority of uplink control information (UCI) types and channel types among the cell groups. The UE additionally determines if UCI is carried on a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission for a cell group. The UE also determines if total transmission power of all cell groups with UCI-only transmissions exceeds the maximum allowed transmission power of the UE. The UE transmits UCI and channels on the cell groups.
