When a request for a mileage service in relation to an advertising cost of an advertiser server computer is made and a type of advertising is selected, an operating server computer settles an advertising cost, generates a mileage in an e-wallet of each advertiser and then transmits mileage information to a corresponding advertiser server computer. After confirming this, the corresponding advertiser server computer sets request conditions from an advertiser (e.g., membership registration, clicking advertisement, purchasing a product, participating in an event or the like) for mileage allowance reimbursement available to users, that is, clients of the advertiser, as well as a mileage reimbursement information by request condition from the advertiser. When a user terminal connected to the operating server computer and a distribution assistance server/advertiser server computer executes a request condition from an advertiser, corresponding mileage reimbursement information (information on a subject, amount, condition or the like) having been set is then fed back to the operating server computer.
