A method and system for performing remote control between electronic devices is provided. The remote control method includes: detecting, by a first electronic device, a gesture corresponding to a preset gesture; transmitting, by the first electronic device, a remote control message to a second electronic device through a wireless channel established between the first and second electronic devices, wherein the remote control message is a request for transmission of control information for controlling one or more applications or functions running on the second electronic device; receiving the control information from the second electronic device; and displaying a control screen based on the received control information.

An example electronic device may include a display module, a memory configured to store computer-executable instructions, and a processor configured to execute the instructions by accessing the memory. The processor may be configured to create a preliminary persona based on first information related to history of a target user, create a first persona from the preliminary persona based on second information related to a time and a space of the target user, apply the first persona to an avatar object in a virtual space and corresponding to the target user, and, when an occurrence of an event related to the target user is detected, create a second persona from the first persona based on the event occurrence and apply the second persona, instead of the first persona, to the avatar object.

An example server for constructing a virtual space includes a memory configured to store computer-executable instructions and a processor configured to execute the instructions by accessing the memory. The instructions, when executed, cause the processor to extract first partial voice data corresponding to a target utterance from voice data of a first user received from a terminal of the first user among users in the virtual space; instruct a target terminal of the target user to reproduce the first partial voice data; and, based on transmission of second partial voice data of a second user to the target user being requested while the target terminal reproduces the first partial voice data, instruct the target terminal to display visual information generated based on the second partial voice data.

Various embodiments of the present disclosure relates to a method of controlling notification information based on a user's movement in a virtual reality environment. The method comprises displaying a virtual reality (VR) content execution screen; displaying a notification icon on at least a portion of the VR content execution screen when a notification is received; determining that a position of a user's sight line reaches a position at which the notification icon is displayed; and displaying notification information corresponding to the notification icon on the VR content execution screen.

A processor is configured to identify a specified event based on data output from one or more sensors. The processor is configured to, in response to identifying occurrence of the specified event, transmit, to an external electronic device connected via a communication circuit, a first signal requesting information associated with both the specified event and a virtual space provided by the external electronic device. The processor is configured to provide, by controlling the display based on receiving a second signal corresponding to the first signal from the external electronic device, information included in the second signal in a state that is executable by a second application different from the first application for displaying the virtual space.
Abstract:
A server for providing content shared to an object is provided. The server is configured to establish communication between a first electronic device of a user and a second electronic device of another user and provide, to the first electronic device and the second electronic device, a virtual space and an object in the virtual space. The server selects, based on an input of the user, at least one content shared to the object in the virtual space by the other user of the second electronic device entering the same virtual space as the first electronic device. The server activates the object to identically output the selected content to at least one electronic device entering the virtual space. Based on the second electronic device leaving the virtual space, the server stops providing the content shared by the other user.
