Abstract: A light emitting device and a production method thereof. The light emitting device includes a light emitting layer including a plurality of quantum dots, and an electron auxiliary layer disposed on the light emitting layer, the electron auxiliary layer configured to transport electrons, inject electrons into the light emitting layer, or a combination thereof, wherein the electron auxiliary layer includes a plurality of metal oxide nanoparticles and a nitrogen-containing metal complex. The metal oxide nanoparticles include zinc and optionally a dopant metal, the dopant metal includes Mg, Co, Ga, Ca, Zr, W, Li, Ti, Y, Al, Co, or a combination thereof and a mole ratio of nitrogen to zinc in the electron auxiliary layer is greater than or equal to about 0.001:1.

Abstract: A quantum dot device including an anode; a cathode disposed substantially opposite to the anode; a hole injection layer disposed on the anode between the anode and the cathode; a hole transport layer disposed on the hole injection layer between the hole injection layer and the cathode; and a quantum dot layer disposed on the hole transport layer between the hole transport layer and the cathode, wherein the quantum dot layer includes a plurality of quantum dots, wherein the hole transport layer includes a hole transport material and an electron transport material, and wherein a lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy level of the electron transport material and a lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy level of the quantum dot layer is about 0.5 electron volts or less.

Abstract: A photographing method using an external electronic device and an electronic device supporting the same are provided. The processor is configured to identify a first external electronic device that is around the electronic device, determine whether the first external electronic device can photograph a subject by using the first external electronic device, transmit a command to the first external electronic device through the communication circuit in response to a determination result that the first external electronic device can photograph the subject by using the camera, receive a second image photographed based on the command from the first external electronic device, and generate a third image based on the first image and the second image.
