Abstract: A pointer detection device for processing an input signal varying according to a touch of a pointer includes: a mixer configured to generate a first output signal by heterodyning the input signal according to a frequency of a local oscillator; and a filter configured to output a second output signal by filtering the first output signal, wherein the mixer is configured to shift a frequency band corresponding to the pointer to a pass band of the filter.
