    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a range hood having improved sound characteristics by improving a structure thereof. The range hood includes a case including an inlet through which air is introduced, and a fan module arranged inside the case to suck air through the inlet. The fan module includes a fan configured to move air by rotating, a motor configured to supply a driving force to rotate the fan, a fan frame provided to accommodate the fan and the motor therein, the fan frame including a fan inlet and a fan outlet, and a sound generating member provided to generate a sound of a predetermined frequency band when in contact with the air discharged through the fan outlet.

    Abstract: A compressor fixing device is provided. The compressor fixing device includes a base, a protruding member protruding from an upper surface of the base, a buffering member disposed to be penetrated by the protruding member, a support panel disposed on an upper portion of the base to support the compressor, and secured to the buffering member; and a clip member configured to fix the protruding member and the buffering member, and the clip member includes a first region in which a fixing groove into which the protruding member is inserted is formed, and which includes a lower surface in contact with the buffering member, a second region disposed to face the first region, in which a fixing hole through which a top of the protruding member is penetrated is formed, and a third region configured to connect the first region and the second region.

    Abstract: A fan module and a range hood including same. The range hood includes a housing having an inlet through which air flows, and a fan module arrangeable within the housing to draw in air through the inlet of the housing, wherein the fan module includes a fan configured to guide the air drawn in, a motor to provide a driving force to rotate the blowing fan, a case arrangeable adjacent to the motor, an anti-vibration member in contact with the motor to prevent vibration of the motor from being transmitted to the case while the motor provides the driving force to the fan and the case is arranged adjacent to the motor, and a fixer positioned between the anti-vibration member and at least one of the case or the motor to prevent movement between the anti-vibration member and at least one of the case or the motor.
